I did not cancel service a month ago, Gosh they do not listen, I cancelled service on thursday 3/7/18 after receiving a call from the business manager stating that this was only a one time issue not a long standing issue.

recycle.  I done with broken promises, City of [redacted] will find home owners who have trash out over 48 hrs.  Regardless of the reason.  Until Republic actually does what they promised I will not be satisfied.  If you miss trash, fine.  Just pick it up the next day as you promised.

I won't close a complaint until I receive a refund, which Connie did say I would get but I haven't seen yet.  Also, Republic dropped off a trash can when we are no longer using your services.  It is only a recycling trash can.  Y'all can pick it up as you please as it will stay at the curb.

As per my complaint, it seems that they never agree to anything, even though they are wrong.  Now I have stated to the business that  I do not feel I should have to pay for services NOT...

RENDERED.  They claim to provide us with trash pick up twice a week, but yet I did not have them pick up my trash for the month of April, except for April 28th, 2017.  Now he did try to pick up my trash on the April 18th, 2017, but spilled most of it on the ground in front of my home.  I had to go out with my shovel to pick up that mess and put it back into the trash container.  I decided since I did not get that service promised me that I feel I do not owe for those services Not Rendered.   If Republic waste wishes to take me to small claims court for the additional payment, then by all means let them.  I will make certain that I bring my videos to prove my case.

Fence was repaired

Republic Services supervisor made contact with Mr. [redacted] (8-16-16) and discussed his damage claim to his personal container.  Regular wear and tear over time has damaged the containers lid.  This was discussed and confirmed with the customer.  As a courtesy and show of good faith...

Republic Services has credited back the account (8-15-16) in the amount of $20.00.  Rental service of Republic Services container was suggested to the customer.  Mr. [redacted] had to confirm this with his landlord but like the idea of the service.   Republic Services management team will continue to reach out to Mr. [redacted] landlord for container rental service to meet the customers’ needs.

I did not agree that my road is impassable after a rain, but I did get the phone number to the area manager. The area manager as me to call him direct if I had a problem with Allied Waste/Republic Services in the future. I will keep the phone numbers handy.

The operations manager Terrance has left a voicemail for the customer to contact him on his cell. We have not heard back as of yet.

I call this customer and left her a message. I will get a recycle truck out today to pick up her recycle and her trash will be serviced on Thursday. I also put in a credit for one month. I will follow up with the drivers on this stop.

We have issued the customer a 2 month credit for the services not rendered and failed follow through to approve safe collection as a back door customer. Spoke with customer and advised her of plan going forward and credit to invoice.

We have removed [redacted]'s account from Collections.
