Tammy from the local [redacted] office contacted customer. A garbage cart has been delivered.

The customer’s complaint is valid and documented in our system.  We have contacted the customer and issued a credit for $5.48 for missed trash pick-up and will issue a credit for $9.04 for a month of recycle service missed.   We have also brought this issue to the Operations Manager...

who will complete a root-cause analysis of this issue to ensure that the issue is resolved and the customer is serviced reliably going forward.   We apologize for the lack of service and also gave the customer the customer service manager’s direct phone number in case the customer had any further questions or concerns.

Trash picked 1-30-18. Supervisor will address issue with Drivers.

I do apologize that you have chose to leave Republic Services for another trash collection company.  We do charge a container removal fee, however, I am instructing our Billing department to issue you a credit for the $63.50 you are requesting. Mike H[redacted]General Manager

I reached out the customer on 4/27/18 asking for her confirmation that she was agreeable to my refund offer.  I have not yet heard back, but will resolve this once I do. Thanks.

Please accept our apology for the confusion on your account.  The entire balance will be removed as requested.

Customer Service Manager called customer twice and got a voice message both times but went ahead and left a message that  a credit of $18.47 for two weeks of recycle service will be posted to their account for any inconvenience Republic Services may have caused.

Our Operations Supervisor has a message in to the customer to see how we can get this resolved.  We have repaired this area in the past and spoken with all of our drivers and they are very familiar with this court.  The Operations Supervisor has had previous discussions with the customer...

and explained the we are not the only trucks that pull on this court.  He will discuss with the customer, but at this time we are not sure that Republic Services drivers are responsible for this damage.  The OPS Supervisor will continue to investigate and communicate with customer.

After calling Republic for 2 weeks morning and afternoon daily, we decided to switch service to another company. It actually took a phone call to Republic and then over a week for Republic to come and collect the trash containers!  Terrible customer service.

We do communicate with the City providing information. Once the information is provided, the City will place it on their website so it is available for our customers.

This refund was approved yesterday and will arrive within two weeks.  I apologize about the delay.

While there is no record of any calls to close the account prior to January 14, 2017, we have now closed the account.  Nothing has been reported to any credit bureaus so there will be no reflection on the customers credit report.  The last payment which was received on November 9, 2016,...

has been returned to the credit or debit card that was used to make the payment.  Since this was processed after 3:00pm today, it should show available on his card on Friday, January 20, 2017.

I did speak to Keith and he gave me the same response. Unfortunately, it is now Sunday and a new trash can was never dropped off. Nor did he call updating me saying he wouldn't be able to next week. Please keep this complaint open until they officially resolve the issue like they say they would.

Attached is the invoice you requested. As you can see on the upper left side of your invoice under previous balance,part of your deposit was used to pay the previous invoice and the remainder of the deposit was applied to pay the invoice attached. If you find you submitted additional payment after June to satisfy the amount owed please let us know as we do not show any record of payment after the payment of $450.34 on 5/29. Our records indicate that the balance due had not been paid so your deposit was used to clear that balance.  Thank youRepublic Services
