I am rejecting this response because:Yes, a person named Luis from State Farm phoned me on 11/21/to say I would be getting a refund, and that I would receive another phone call to let me know how much THERE HAVE BEEN NO MORE PHONE CALLS, NO EMAILS, NO REFUND CHECK IN THE MAIL I've been going through this for many, many, many, months They have yet to give me anything in writing showing I got $___________ for the 5% discount I was suppose to get when I signed up for Drive Safe & Save I also have never received anything showing me how much I got in savings for the first months, or the second months On many, many bills I received from them, Drive Safe & Save was never specifically listed Finally, it was added recently under Discounts, but I have no confidence at all that I'm getting any discount IN MY OPINION, THE WHOLE PROGRAM IS A SCAM They want to have it to try to convince customers they might get a discount, but actually hope the customer forgets about it and never asks to see evidence of the savings for each month period I contacted my Denver State Farm insurance agent, and repeatedly he told me some bt that it was being reviewed at this office, or that office, and he would get back to me with the results or savings NEVER HAPPENED Once again, I will say, I hope State Farm gets hit with a class action lawsuit someday for their purposeful deception So, in answer to State Farm's letter to you bologna, THEY HAVE NOT PROVIDED ME WITH ANY DETAILS INVOLVING MY ACCOUNT Today, is seven days since the last call, and I'VE RECEIVED N O T H I N G, as usual Thank you for your assistance with my complaint Ms*** ***, ***, ***
