The company did explain their position, however, I disagree with the ethical behaviors of it.It was insinuated if not outright suggested, that a homeowner *NOT* file a claim if damage occurs to their home to avoid having "too many claims" even if that damage was no fault of their own, such as break ins and vandalismThe mere fact that two claims was enough to drop someone's coverage and to do so in a manner that prevents the consumer from feeling protected by unfair business practices calls into questions the ethics of a company who claims to be there to help people.The continual message that was delivered through the contacts was they care about financials not people. I do not agree with their policy and want it publicly acknowledged that their practices are unethical and that their own employees would suggest someone not file a claim to avoid having their coverage ended.I would want a refund of all fees that have been paid in from July until now, or portion there of as its clear that money is all they care about
