Dear [redacted] ,First I am really sorry for the delay in getting back to you, we have been a bit overwhelmed, we are getting a lot more calls and email then usual, you know its the busy season, but we are getting to it, I hope you can understand that, I see that we have received your frame and and it was prepared for the lab, I know that you had difficulties getting to us, we are really sorry for that, we have not been able to get a lot of calls and emails, please let me know if we should go ahead with your order
