To whom this may concern, This costumer is an abusing costumer who we have worked with for months trying to please her and make her happy which is something that is impossible by this point, we have remade her frames already we have paid for times the lenses and the shipping and for two glasses we have already lost on her a lot of money and a lot of time, we are a business and not a Charity org and we feel we did our best to help this costumer but it is out of control, her is a short over view (with my comments) of the order notes *** *** *** *** *** ** *** ** *** ***

To whom it may concern,I am very sorry to see a customer with that feeling about a purchase on our website. I am looking into the order and I see we are constantly trying to get in touch with the customer to get the correct information of the prescription to make the glasses correct.Once we
will get this information we will process the prescription in a rush and ship it out overnight, otherwise we can ship just the frames to customer as is.Thank You All,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:First off, I'm not a HER, I'm a HIM, which shows the horrible customer service yet again, they have already made them wrong twice and told me they would not remake them again or refund me for all of the cost. The best they offered was 80% of the cost of the frames, they have shown you the Revdex.com that they are dishonest by what they have said on here in response. The have caused me migraines literally, they have been rude, and have poor business ethics. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Please step in and have them give me a full refund of the $283.54 they have robbed me off. I have the glasses packaged and ready to send back. They need to own up to their mistakes x 2 and do what is right.  I work hard for my money and they have robbed me. Please step in and help me.  God bless,[redacted]

Response to Case #: [redacted]Hi [redacted], 1. On June ** 2017 we authorized a return so we can exchange it for you, On July you stated to the Revdex.com that we have not gotten back to you,2. You have never returned the item instead you opened a dispute with the CC3. You mentioned that you contacted pulsar...

and they said it does not belong that way, well we buy them direct and we are an authorized dealer so you can use the warranty which it has a lifetime with pulsar which I also guess you did 4. You also mentioned that you have emailed us 3 times and it has bounced, the only reason this can be is because you entered the wrong email because we have emailed you a couple times before and you responded and you emailed us before and we responded and it went through just fine, Please remove this complain Thank you [redacted]

Wednesday and we had a Holiday on that day, We responded to you On Jun [redacted] which was last week Friday,  I see that you are returning your frames and we will be issuingthe refund as discussed once we receive the return,

Hi [redacted] Again, As we explained Pulsar has a complete and 100% warranty so they will replace it for you 100% we are an authorized dealer and you just need to take it up with them we did not manufacturer the products therefore we cannot be held responsible for the quality. we processed and shipped your order on time, and in a brand new condition, if it broke afterwards you need to take it up with the manufacturer  Thank you

My order was received...however, my glasses were not cut correctly and the lens were too thick for my frames.
