To whom it may concernI looked over the history of the orderOur prescription policy that a prescription order cannot be retuned is always strictly enforced not the lenses and not the frames of a prescription order can be returnedThis order was processed 100% as ordered by the customer
with the color ordered by the customer. Hi *** I am sorry you felt that way, as you know you ordered a frame with prescription and the prescription you ordered was custom made and that takes weeks, we did charge you the day we ordered the lenses and then shipped it on the *** with tracking number ***
and it was signed by you, I really hope you enjoy them and I am sorry it took that long, and I wish I could of made it be delivered the same day I really wish but I can't, I am the owner and I can assure I am trying to have happy customers, email me and I can get you a great discount fo ryour next pair

Hi *** I am really sorry for the delay I have taken a look at your order and I see taht you have a prescription order with custom made lenses (because of the addons) the frames are now in the lab and are being processed for teh prescription you shoul dhave it by next week in the begging
of the week, I know we should of contacted you earlier with an update and I am sorry about this I am am working on this issue I am also looking for your emails can you please tell me which email you used and to which email you sent them so I can take a look and see why they ware ignored? The report shows that on 12/**/my package was left with an individual from Designer OpticsPer my Postmaster this Tracking report is proof that the package was scanned as delivered by *** upon pickup by an agent of Designer Optics.I fulfilled my customer obligation by returning the merchandise per DO instructions and the delivery service, the ***, fulfilled their obligation to deliver the package to an agent of Designer Optics at *** *** *** As a customer, I am not liable for what happened to the package after it was delivered I expect a full refund immediately.*** ***
