To whom it may concern.I am sorry about the miss shipment that was made, we have investigate thew issue and fired the man who made this mistake.We send you in the email a prepaid return label you can return it for exchange to the correct pair or for a full refund.

We have tried to explain to the customer numerous times that this was never delivered, There is nothing else we can do,

You sold the product!! Anything a person buys from ANY vendor(YOU)  that's defective is returnable to that vendor! I don't want a replacement! I had to buy another watch from someone else! They are crooks and made my glasses wrong 2x's in a row and won't accept responsibilityg and give me a full refund. I'm not made of money and recently have been dealing with harvey. They are robbinh me of money I don't have. They've offered only a percentage of refund for the frames. I cannot wear these glasses or use them because they were made incorrectly 2x's and they are not clear and if I try give me migraine headaches.

Dear Customer,As discussed over the phone with you that you want us the ship just the glasses without the lenses since you wasn't able to get the PD in time, we did so and the glasses were delivered to you on the [redacted] of January, I will be more then glad to refund you for the amount charge for the lenses but as long as the case you opened with pay pal is open I cannot do a partial refund for the transaction, so please let me know when the case is closed and I will refund you the amount paid for the lenses  immediately.

Hi I am really sorry for the watch falling apart, the watch we sold you has a warranty from pulsar, if its falling apart you have to contact them they will gladly exchange it for you but if you want us to do it we must charge a fee for taht service, we did nothing wrong we sent you a brand new never...

used watch and if you say that it is falling apart it has to be worked out with the manufacturer,
