Dear [redacted]. I am sorry for the late reply here, I see that the order has been shipped and delivered, and I hope you enjoy your glasses, I am sorry for the delay we have had a lot of  emails after the Holidays and it took us a while to get back to everyone,

The job was first returned to us due to the fact that the customer ordered Single Vision Lenses but actually wanted progressive lenses, customer was notified and paid the difference. The second time the customer returned the lenses was due to a defect in the lenses. After receiving the...

job for evaluation and finding that the lenses were actually defective I reordered the lenses and sent out the job. The last two times she returned the frame was to claim that the RX was done incorrectly. Both times the Rx was thoroughly checked and came out being correct. In addition to sending back the glasses to the customer with her actual copy of the RX from her Doctor it was accompanied with an accurate readout of the RX  that was put into the frame to match it with. We can only guarantee the work that we do which we have. If it was a Doctor's error or a non Adapt by the patient we cannot take any responsibility for that.

 The glasses were sent back to your store front in Brooklyn through certified mail and still have yet to receive the refund... Your customer service never picks up the phone.. The one time I've actually gotten through to the lady that picked up the call she couldn't answer my question.... So when will the refund be put back on the credit card????

My name is [redacted] Owner of North East A/C [redacted] Ma. I  am responding to [redacted] complaint. The problem she ended up having was a really small refrigerant leak in her Air Conditioning System we installed. We searched for a leak a couple of times over last summer and could not find...

one, the system worked for a couple of months after adding some refrigerant to system. When they called because it wasn't working again, I sent someone over to re charge system within a day of them calling, this did happen a couple of times and we searched for a leak a few more times. We Pressurized System and isolated leak, was a factory defect in Aluminum coil Condensing Unit. While this was going on I was working with [redacted]. to get a new unit rather than just charge the coil. I explained to them it would take some time to get approval for a new unit but they were very impatient. The problem was not from our workmanship and I never left them without a/c as I would add refrigerant to keep them cool. I have since installed a New York condensing unit under warranty at their home to resolve the problem. I have thousands of happy customers been in business for 20 years with 27 years in Experience. I've had maybe 3 to 4 complaints in that time frame which to me is near perfect record for service. I was trying to get them a new unit rather than repair a defective unit. Thank You
