Hi we are very sorry to hear that, we have tried to help her and we ware not able to get to a solution, we cannot do a refund on prescription glasses that is the company policy, we offered to have it even checked again, we can also offer a refund on the frames ONLY and not the lenses, if she would...

And they're  not willing to stand behind the item they sold me unless I pay even MORE money. That's no way to do business. It should have never been a warranty issue. I first contacted them less than 30 days from the date that I purchased the watch and I got the same run around answers. Typical purchases have at least 30 days in which to return the purchase, especially if it is defective.  All I want is my money back. I trusted the seller was selling quality items. But they're not. Not if they won't even stand behind what they sell.PLEASE, just give me money back.
