I paid my financial obligation that was required of me to fulfill my agreementOkinus automatically drafted my account monthly, so I was never aware of a letter sent to meI will NOT pay another $when my payment was made days prior to my actual due date.
This due date was provided to me and to my knowledge was also when my day same as cash was set to expireI was never informed of there being a difference between the two

The highlighted above shows when account was paid late (past
days) resulting in as such on credit report
The account is reporting to Equifax past due, Ms*** is
urged to either file a dispute with Equifax or send a copy of Equifax report
showing Okinus’ reporting for review; if incorrect will be correctedA current
copy of Equifax report was not attached(Attached to this complaint a
screenshot of email account, a receipt and separate emails (May, June, July)
Okinus will not be able to delete how Ms*** has paid on account, as it
reflects the current payment history
Again Ms*** payout is currently $(this includes
$in past due amount)Ms*** can contact Okinus to work out payment
arrangement to being account current and have past due fees removed (if
arrangements met)
The reason the payoff amounts that are on the contract can
be offered is due to account being past due with fees of $Ms*** is
urged to contact Okinus to resolve account

If Ms*** would like the negative information removed from Equifax will need to file a dispute

It is unfortunate that Ms*** has missed the Day SAC expirationOkinus would like to thank Ms*** for being a repeat customer (this is 3rd account) with Okinus. Ms*** received a Welcome Call on 2/9/15, the lease was explained due to Ms*** stating that
the store did not explain, it was at this time the due was changed for Ms*** to a more accommodating dateOkinus offers all customers the option to pay their account on within days SACOkinus will only debit from their account the amount per the lease agreement, if the customer wants to pay more they are welcome to make additional payments online, by mailing in payments or calling Okinus to authorize additional paymentsThe notes in account do not reflect for Okinus to take the balance on last payment, it is unfortunate the recording is not availableOkinus is not able to extend the Day SAC payout due to it expiringOkinus may be able to offer Ms*** a reduced amount verses the regular payoff amount that is currently dueMs*** is urged to contact Okinus so that the account can be resolved

Mr*** is correct regarding the payments and my account initially being setup for automatic draftingHowever, he's omitting the fact that on 05/14/14, there was a verbal request made to stop all drafts from my accountI did not give Okinus permission to reinstate the automatic drafts nor did I give permission for money to be manually withdrawn from my accountI was told by *** they would no longer make any drafts from my account after being given my verbal request made in MayWhen I contacted Okinus on 07/29, manager *** did acknowledge that automatic drafting had been stopped but then stated this payment was done manually
If the automatic drafts were in place with my permission for the month of July, why was it done manually? And why wasn't it done for the month of JuneNo draft was taken from account during the month of June because Okinus did not have permission and they didn't make a draft

reference to changing the checking account information on fileHowever, the
checking account information did not get completely changed/deleted out of the
accountA payment was submitted on Okinus behalf and we could not stop/change
the paymentThis was a mistake on Okinus behalfWe have completely deleted
the checking account information ending in off of the account and will no
longer be taking any payments from that account
We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you
Please feel free to contact me at the office if you have any additional
questions."
I have attached the initial reply to Revdex.com Case # ***, the
rebuttal today is the same as letter
No settlement offered on account, Ms*** has not stated any
issue with account other than ex-husband would not contact Okinus nor call
OkinusOkinus must have supporting documents for a refund; to date still have
not receivedNo settlement on account, Ms*** account was forwarded
current in April after completing the arrangements to bring account
current; the current due date on account is 7/23/

Okinus did not say that the Equifax report would be updated the Equifax report is
reporting correctly based off Ms***'s payment history (Payment History attached)Okinus did resume receiving payments (partial) and posting to account however the payments are not sent on a regular basisThe due date has advanced from 3/4/to currently 6/4/Currently Ms*** has past due fees on accountMs*** was urged to contact Okinus to discuss payment options to bring account current (the past due fees could potentially be waived); however Okinus has not received a call from Ms*** in reference to this
The reporting to Equifax is correct (based off of payment history)If Ms*** contacts Okinus the past due status could be updated if able to work out arrangements and the arrangements are met
Okinus will make an exception when

Okinus spoke with Ms*** on 4/25/about the payoff on her accountMs*** did inform Okinus that the automated system quoted her a payoff of 1328.00. While the system did quote Ms*** the amount of $the amount was incorrect. Okinus has to charge Ms*** by
the legal binding contract that was signed by Ms***The payoff on her account at the time she contacted the office was the $and that was the total that was chargedIt was explained to Ms*** that the system was incorrect and we would not be able to honor the payoff before the payment was set up for the $At that time Ms*** did authorize Okinus to go ahead and draft the correct payoff on 5/1/for the total amount of $1818.94. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused Ms*** but unfortunately Okinus won't be able to authorize a refund on the account . At this time the automated system has been deactivated until the issue with quoting incorrect payoff's has been corrected

Okinus did refund the $to the account that we have on fileOkinus will not be able to issue any other creditOkinus will extend your S.A.Cdays to 5/28/
In reference to the previous account (Best Buy purchase) that was madeMs*** contacted Okinus on 11/26/due to not receiving the TV; Ms*** was advised the delivery would be the following day she instead offered to go pick it up from the Best Buy Warehouse (Okinus had delivery fee removed)Ms*** did pick up the TV from the Best Buy Warehouse
It is unfortunate that Ms*** does not wish to continue doing business with OkinusOkinus does appreciate the referrals to friends and familyOkinus takes pride in providing great customer service and being available for our customers days/week and with the exception of Sunday staying available for customers until 10:pm EST

that she could pay a majority of past due balance on 10/16/(payment was not
made)
Currently Ms*** payout is $(this includes
$in past due amount)Ms*** can contact Okinus to work out payment

arrangements met)
The account is reporting to Equifax past due, Ms*** is
urged to either file a dispute with Equifax or send a copy of Equifax report
showing Okinus’ reporting for review; if incorrect will be corrected
Okinus will not be able to delete how Ms*** has paid on
account, as it reflects the current payment history
Attached you will also find page and of the Lease
Agreement signed by Ms***At the bottom of page below signature Okinus
provides a payment schedule to all customers that gives an estimate of the
payoff after each paymentThis may be the confusion where the payoff is
changing
Ms*** is urged to contact Okinus to work out
arrangements to bring account current

Mr*** signed a contract on 12/12/with a due date for
1/1/15, which Okinus received on 12/12/(copy attached)Mr*** did
contact Okinus on 1/2/as stated and changed
due date to 15th of
month effective 2/15/The 1/1/payment was returned to Okinus on 1/5/
due to Insufficient FundsMr*** was contacted on 1/6/with a message
that the payment returned and account was still due from 1/1/(due date
reverted back due to Insufficient Funds) Mr*** called Okinus’ automated system on
1/13/and go payoff, balance, due date info, after an Okinus representative
left a messageThe payment for 1/16/was returned to Okinus on 1/21/due
to Insufficient Funds
Mr*** contacted Okinus on 1/21/as stated inquiring
if anyone was “in” his account on 12/31/14, Mr*** was informed no one has
his account pulled up (after receiving contract on 12/12/the account was not
worked or notated until 1/2/the day that Mr*** contacted Okinus to
change due date)Mr*** was upset and stated was calling attorney and
ended call
Mr*** called Okinus back and spoke to a different
supervisorMr*** was informed that the contract we have on file shows a
due date of 1/1/that if was changed Okinus was not notified of the change
Mr*** asked if Okinus could waive one of the late fees, as a courtesy the
fee was waivedMr*** was asked if was able to catch account up to date (“Double
Payments”=January & February payments), Mr*** stated was able to make
the “Double Payment”
Mr*** was also informed that his Day SAC (Same As
Cash) expires on 3/12/and if wanted to take advantage of the SAC to make
sure contacted office by 3/12/15; Mr*** stated he would have it paid off
by then and ended call
Okinus does not operate shadily, nor is Mr*** a target
Okinus values each customer and intentions are to have each
as a repeat customer, Okinus apologizes for Mr***’s misinterpretation;
Okinus meant no disrespect

Per the last correspondence, I stated to Revdex.com and Okinus that if the payment of any sort was forced out of my account..It would come back returnedI also stated in so many words that payment would resume once Okinus would agree on these : To stop calling me at work and on my personal phone! Also to agree to the bi-weekly payments of This needs to be done to make it official! I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
More ImportantlyThe account should be noted as currentPayment has resumed already and is scheduled to go on until bi-weekly until 1/19/15.
