Terrible experience, company has no order controls in place
The companies process has a major control issue that needs too be addressed. I placed an order on Oct 4th, I received confirmation, my card was charged. All seemed to be positive. When I called 60 days later they couldn't find my order. When they did they said something went wrong, wasn't properly updated in the their system. After weeks of back and forth with phone calls, emails they determined they were cancelling my order. I mentioned I was going to call the BBB, the process appeared to be a scam. I was charged and if I didn't follow-up would have never received my product. I received a refund 10 weeks after I thought I placed a successful order. This is unacceptable business controls. The system should know an order was placed, should know if the item is stocked, should followup with the consumer. There should be controls for aged unfulfilled orders. The process is severely broken. I would rec omened nobody order from this company.

Well, that was stupid
Yesterday, we received the Collegiate Welcome Service Program, which is a services of On Campus Marketing LLC and wanted to sign up today, even though the flyer said the deadline was 5 days PRIOR to our receiving it.

So, first we did battle the web site; and, had no luck. Then, we waited to chat with "customer service," as number 214 in line!

The result, we were told that the web site was not functional, ordering had to be by mail;. AND, our order had to be postmarked by the due date, which was 5 days before we got the flyer!

Well, that was stupid.

Terrible Customer Service
I placed an order a month in advance for my college student. Company sent email stating we'd recv. another email when shipped. My student is leaving town for college and still hasn't recvd. anything. We called, sat on hold 2 1/2 hours! Finally got person who stated one piece was backordered& caused problem. They redid order said it would be fedex'd to local univ. address so they'd have bedding in time for arrival. Day before leaving for college & just got email stating order was being shipped ground, but has not been shipped yet. On hold again (has now been an hour) & when they answer, I'm cancelling. Will NEVER do business with them again, & will tell everyone I know not to use them. Horrible experience.

Don’t buy anything from this business
They stole $262 from me! I ordered a bedding package for my daughters dorm room. Not only did I never get shopping info, I never received it and I have sat hours on hold with no person ever picking up. I have sat hours waiting for someone to answer the chat. I have emailed and called every number I can find for this business. I have now turned them into the BBB! I have never been so mad! My daughter moved into her dorm tomorrow and we have nothing for her bed because they stole from us!

I will never do business with this company again Twice now, I have order packages for my college student and after three weeks, she has not received the items I tried to call, costumer service is very poor The packages are also very expensive This business is a huge rip offNEVER AGAIN

On Campus Marketing is a sham - horrible customer service! I wish I had read these reviews first. Sent my niece a care package at UGA. Ordered on Nov 3. It shipped 2 days ago and supposed to arrive today - last day of exams, move out day is tomorrow. Still not received. Can't get anyone to answer the phone, chat doesn't work on the website, they will not respond to emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY ARE TERRIBLE!

The packages are great, very convenient, but when I called the costumer service the girl who answered my call was not very friendly, she was sarcastic and impatient when I asked questionsPlease keep in mind that this a first experience for many people, and what may be pretty obvious for you, it is not so for us

This company is terribleOur school uses this service and their customer service is really unreliableYou can get through to a person on the phone, but they don't follow up as promised, don't seem to take notes on cases, don't ensure orders get out, and don't process refunds when requestedHighly unethical
