I had made an order through Carepackage.com to send to my daughter a cool/fun care package to cheer her up during finals week. I ordered it on 01/22/2016 to be delivered on 01/26/2016, 2 day express delivery. It looks like they had charged me for overnight express rather than 2 days. Anyways the package never arrived on the date promised, on the 26th. I called the company and the rep told me the package will be delivered a day late (27th) due to bad weather and it should arrive by 430pm at the latest. I asked if I can get credit on the shipment fee since the package was late. They refused and stuck with the excuse of bad weather. On the 27th, once again no package! So I called on the 28th to see where the package was and I was told again, that the package will arrive by 430 pm, again I asked for a refund on the shipment fee. The rep told me it was not delivered because the address was incorrect and that's why fedex couldn't deliver it! this company doesn't offer a tracking number for your order so you have to call them for info on your order. I asked how they handled their shipment process because I entered the correct address to my daughter’s house and how did they finally find the correct address if in fact it was incorrect to begin with? The rep couldn’t answer me and kept saying that the address was incorrect and it’s all Fedex’s fault that the package was not delivered. Again they refuse to refund the shipment fee since it was my fault or fedex’s fault that the package was undeliverable in a timely manner. I asked for the fedex info to track the order and the rep said she would email it to me, which I'm still waiting for. Needless to say, days have gone by and my daughter still has not received her care package which was supposed to be delivered by the 26th. I truly can’t stand this company and the representatives are horrible! They have the worse business ethics and the worse customer service I’ve had ever had to deal with! They gave me the impression that they would run over their own grandmother if they knew they can make a dollar off of it! I looked up the reviews for this company…a little late, but they had ALL NEGATIVE reviews! How do they stay in business? I’m sorry for anyone having to deal with them!

I am rejecting this response because:  False advertising on the quality of the product.  Every other company provides discounted shipping labels (that are deducted from the refund).  They know they have a poor product and that a consumer would have to pay astronomical shipping costs on a one off purchase.  This is their scam so you cant return the items....I plan on writing to the universities and informing them of the unethical company that they are allowing to scam their student families.**Upon moving into the university, I spoke with several other parents and they too were disappointed with the quality.

The company not only sent me the towels like they should have, but they also called to today and are going to credit our account for a portion of the cost.  I was impressed the they took the time to follow up with me and to resolve the issue.  Thanks.

Customer purchased a Care Package Plan order [redacted]. Customer never received order...

Resolution: Order was cancelled and customer was refunded in whole 170.00 on 9/5/14.

Customer
called to advise us of missing product. An order was set up no charge to have sheet set sent to
customer. Order was delayed due to not releasing.
Resolution: Customer was sent sheet with express shipping at no charge. Customer was sent a letter of apology.

Warning, do not purchase from this company. I ordered the Care Package treats kits and my daughter did not receive a single basket. We even called and cancelled the order and we were told we would get a full refund within 5 days; a month later and still no refund. When we called the company two weeks ago they said they mailed the refund and I should have received it but the refund never arrived. AND not only did it NOT arrive (notice a trend here) but the representative said my refund would only be HALF instead of the full amount as promised. To sum it up, never received a single basket, never received refund.

Nice quality; adequate price; poor experience with marketing and customer service. Customer Service representatives were pleasant but unable to help. I ordered there most expensive package along with upgrades on a 10% off promotion. As soon as I received the package I received a second promotion offering the exact item now for 15% off. Not only would they not credit me the difference in there new offer, but they screwed up the original offer and gave me $10 off rather that 10% (of $310). Quite the difference. I would not recommend ordering from them or working with them in any capacity. I will also be forwarding this complaint to multiple colleges that I am associated with in various capacities.

The packages are great, very convenient, but when I called the costumer service the girl who answered my call was not very friendly, she was sarcastic and impatient when I asked questions. Please keep in mind that this a first experience for many people, and what may be pretty obvious for you, it is not so for us.

This company is unworthy of an A+ score. It should not even have a Revdex.com rating. They have deceptive advertising. Poor quality products- sent damaged and ripped. They will replace items with things not requested. They do not refund your money. I have spend countless hours in many hours with so many 'supervisors' that said my refund would be in my account and never came. This is truly the most dishonest company I have ever come across.

I am having a very negative experience with this company because their computers do not work and it has resulted in a duplicate order and none of the sales people are willing to get this resolved. Despite many attempts to cancel the duplicate, no cancellation has occurred even. Their computer system is still unresponsive after 3 days. They are more than happy to bill your credit card however. Needless to say, these people are incapable of running their business in any kind of professional manner and I will not be ordering from them again unless it is my only option. There are many options out there.

I called because I realized I forgot to add a card message and was tol it was to late they can't add a message I ordered the package that gets 6 packages sent through out the year really it's to late? And then the welcome package isn't due till 2 weeks after she moves in really that's a welcome package? Your operators provided no assistance when I said I wanted to cancel they said no really?

Horrible customer service. Purchased the year long care package delivery. My son never received it. They told me they shipped it to the school and some person by the name of [redacted]" signed for it. This is not my son's name. I cancelled the rest of the orders for the year however they did not refund me for the package he never received. His dorm room, address and his name was placed in the order.
I contacted the mail office at the school, it was never delivered to them. Ocm will not refund me for this package that was never received.
