My husband purchased a bedlinen set for our son's college dorm, along with a set of towelsThe price was higher than what we would have paid at any Target store, so we expected that the items would be high qualityThat was not the case; in fact, several of the items in the set (that we didn't want but were included anyway) were so cheap as to be unusable, including a flimsy pclothes hamper that tore upon opening, a "fleece throw" that was so thin it was see-through, and some kind of fabric book holder that anchors under the mattress but was too long to work on the bottom bunk (and also too flimsy to hold anythingThe sheets and comforter were low-quality, with loose threads and an odd synthetic feelI also ordered a $birthday box for my son, and specified his birthday as the delivery dateMy son's dorm assignment was changed right after I placed the order, so I emailed OCM with the order number, name, and new address and asked for confirmationNo one replied to my emailUltimately, the box was delivered days before the birthday, to the wrong dormWhen my son received it a week late the birthday was over and the cake was spoiledThe young man with whom I spoke when I called OCM to complain was snarky and sarcasticWhen I emailed my complaint, I received an email reply a MONTH later saying that they would refund my shipping onlyI do not understand how this company is allowed to do business on so many college campusesI feel cheated out of a good deal of money and have never experienced such terrible customer serviceI think the reason they are alllowed to continue is that they make it very difficult to complainI could not find any office on my son's campus that addresses concerns with this companyIt seems wrong to me for colleges to promote this service but not stand behind itI would encourage anyone who has had a similar experience to find a way to report it and hold this company accountable

I ordered one of these packages for my daughters final exams, which were in November, She never got it I called the company several times to no avail Terrible service and no product received Why do they have an A+ rating??? They should have an F rating

I have never filed a complaint towards a company before but this is the worst run business ever! Sending your child to college is stressful enough!!! Customer service is nice but uselessThey never sent me upgraded sheets after numerous callsNow I am on my 3rd call to receive my refundIt has been a month process and still nothingDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

said towels were damaged.
Resolution: Customer returned product and was credited amount in full $169.60 on 7/2. Customer is also being credited for return shipping costs, $19.60.

OMG....After reading these reviews, just make me wonder if this company is a scam. It happened to me exactly like other parents who used OCM service.
I ordered a kit for my daughter's final in NYU back in November, my daughter never received it. I made the 1st call at the beginning of December, the customer service told me the package was shipped. so we waited for another week, still nothing. I called again, this time I was told the package was shipped to Brooklyn. I don't know why they shipped the package to Brooklyn, which I put New York, New York on order form clearly. The customer services also told me since no one sign the package, the package was sent back to their warehouse. At that point, I did not want to deal with their customer service craps, I asked for a refund. Guess what, no refund was issued after a month. It makes me mad that how they get A+ rating at Revdex.com from all these nagative reviews and complaints. I will never recommend their service to my friends, families, colleague, just don't want them to go through what I went through. I just sent a follow up email to them to get the refund status. I will file for formal complaint with Revdex.com if I don't hear from them couple days.

I apologize for the delay.  This issue was unresolved until Friday due to the customer providing the wrong address to send the refund check.  It was worked out and overnighted to them Friday and they received the refund check yesterday (Monday).  I could not respond until I had this...

I will never do business with this company again. Twice now, I have order packages for my college student and after three weeks, she has not received the items. I tried to call, costumer service is very poor. The packages are also very expensive. This business is a huge rip off. NEVER AGAIN.
