Do not use his company's servicesI ordered a finals survival kit thinking it would be delivered during finals weekIt was sent out to be delivered the Friday after Thanksgiving, when no one is at schoolI spoke with a customer service rep who said they would have it sent back and have another sent to arrive on December December came and went, no basketI called OCM againThey said there was no communication from the warehouse that the package was returned however the person handling my case could have easily followed up on the tracking number (as I did) to see that the package had indeed been returned I requested a refundThat was an entire month ago and now when I call no one can help me because the accounting department handles the refunds and customers may not call the accounting department directly Do not waste your time with this companyOther parents I have spoken with have had similar experiencesNot one good review anywhere I am perplexed as to how this company can have an A+ rating with so many I satisfied customersPerhaps I need to fix that rating with a formal complaint

Horrible customer servicePurchased the year long care package deliveryMy son never received itThey told me they shipped it to the school and some person by the name of [redacted] " signed for itThis is not my son's nameI cancelled the rest of the orders for the year however they did not refund me for the package he never receivedHis dorm room, address and his name was placed in the orderI contacted the mail office at the school, it was never delivered to themOcm will not refund me for this package that was never received

My experience with OCM has been excellent
There was a shipping issue, that when I pointed it out was immediately rectified
This is a company that takes customer service very seriously

Resolution: Sending customer 100% cotton thread count sheets free of chargeAllowing customer to keep thread count sheets so there will be no cost to send them back

I ordered four care packages for my daughter at Eastern Michigan University, and she only received twoWhen I contacted OCM, their response was "According to the information the school sent us, all packages were delivered and made available for pick up at the students residence hall front desk." She checks with the mail delivery location in her complex frequently, so if this were true, she would have received all four packages
I thought this would be an easy way to get her care packages, and something I would not have to prepare each time I am very disappointed and would not recommend this service to others

Although the request for the $refund isn't relevant, the company should still be investigated by the Revdex.com for deceptive advertising as outlined in my original complaint so that future consumers do not get any unexpected surprises
