The company seems good and everyone is nice, only thing is the one main app never ever worksI've reset my phone and restarted it as I've realized it's not my phoneThe app plain won't workBut otherwise it's great

I was pre-approved for a $5,loanI added income from a 2nd job as well and easily met the requirements for the loanI got approved for more than I neededI was instantly contacted and the guy "Bryant" said everything looked good and questioned a couple of things on my report that I am sure jumped outNothing that SHOULD stop me from getting the amount espwith collateralHe said he would call back at 1pm (this was 8:30am)I had to call THEM at 3pm because I heard nothingHe then asked me if I had proof of income for my 2nd contracting job, I had said just stubs from paypal where I receive income, but he said that wouldnt be enough....to me, I think its more than enough if its seen monthly on statements coming to me from the company I stated it was fromAfter an entire day of their underwriters verifying my income looking at DTI and other items he said he could not approve me at this timeWhat was the point of you approving me to begin with then? Pulling my credit report for no reason....I heard good things about this companyThe loan I INITIALLY qualified for I could pay off easily in 2-months but instead ill take my business elsewhereStep your game up OneMainThis was my first experience with you and may as well be the lastSuch a waste of my timeThis was the ***, NC branch

Helped me out when needed, office staff was friendly and knowledgeableDidn't like the fact that docs were sent in a zip file and not avalible at signingOnly been a customer a few months so we'll see how it goes

I had no problems when applying for a small personal loan from One Main Financial in Colorado Springs, COThe application was easy to understand, afterpre-approval I was able to get an appointment to finish loan paperwork, was as well easy to doThen I recieved my cash in my bank the very next day! Was so relieved!!!

Deceitful and Fraudulent Business Practices
I came across an add for One Main on CK and decided to give it a tryI received a phone call literally in minutes and was approved for a loan in a few minutesI know the 35% APR in and of itself is ridiculous but I decided I had no better alternativesWhen I went to the branch to discuss I SPECIFICALLY asked how the interest was calculated on the loan and was told it was simple daily interestNo problem, I thought, I'll pay more each month and have it paid off in a few months and it won't cost me too much in finance chargesWhen I agreed to the deal and was going through the contract documents I was unable to thoroughly read the fine print as one of the employees was standing very ominously over me and giving me the "gist" of what each page meant and basically pressuring me to hurry up and sign and get outAgain I thought I would just read through the entire contract when I left to make sure I knew what was going on, but of course you can only access the signed documents for days after you sign, which they don't tell you unless you immediately read the email that is sent outNaturally I missed the day cutoff and good luck to anyone trying to get a copy of those after the factAfter I received my first statement I read very clearly that it loan is a precomputed interest loan which means it will ultimately cost more than what I expected sure the company misleading meUpon researching on the One Main website I find out that I may be entitled to a finance rebate depending on which method they use to calculate it (obviously going for whichever one works in their favor at the time) and that I had to locate my signed contract to determine what method would be used to calculate a potential unearned interest rebateSo now I am such with no contract, a crappy loan, and about $500-more in interest charges than what I was expecting! Thanks, One Main! I will make sure to tell everyone I know about the "quality" of service you provide and the great "customer support"I guess I should have known better
