The women here were really kind and organized

This is the second loan that we have had through the Providence Rdoffice of One Main financialWe have had this 2nd loan for about monthsI changed insurance companies and upon notification I called and gave the young lady my new Insurance info! payments later they decide to charge me for their insurance stating to my wife that I made no such notification!!! So I promptly called the office back and guess what they all of a sudden remember me!! She told me sorry and that she'd make sure it never happens again!! We had some minor issues on the first loan but figured we'd give them another chanceWe were wrong!

They explained everything and were very professionalIt was easy and non stressfulI will use them again in the future for any lending needs I have

So far it has been a easy and smooth journey, no problems and the people were very nice and professionalI would rec-amend them to family and friends
