I've done business with onemain before they were called onemain and I enjoy everything about what they are doingThey are polite and always respond quickly with any questions I have

I applied on line and received a reply that I was approved and needed to bring certain documents to close on the loan After I got there I was told that they could not give me the loan When I queried why I was sent an approval and told what documents to bring they asked if I had a copy of the approval I did and after looking at it and calling the home office they said I could proceed with the loan After that things went pretty smoothly At all times the people that I dealt with were very courteous and after signing the final papers the money was sent directly to my bank account that night and I had access to the funds the next morning Other than the issue with the on line approval they appear to have a very efficient and expeditious service I do commend them for honoring their written offer without pressure or an argument but I do think that their is a flaw in their on line approval which is why I gave them stars instead of

I got a letter in the mail stating I was pre-approved for a personal loan, I normally ignore this type of mail because out of times you really aren't approvedI am glad I did call instead of just throwing it away like the rest, because I was in a tough situation and needed a lot of helpI completed the online paperwork, the office called me and set up a time to come in and sign the paperwork, I went in to the office and completed this and had my money the next dayIt was very easy & the employee who helped me was awesomeI will definitely refer this company to anyone looking for their kind of services
