I will never use Onemain Financial again!!! The employees at the *** GA office are extremely unprofessional (RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE)! They are loud and ghetto! They discuss your personal business in a manner that other customers can hear your business
I have always paid my payment on time but due to car issues I called them back about a deferment payment that they called me offeringSo, if a payment is due on the 14th of each month, explain how is it days past due and today's date is the 3rd...when I tried to explain this to the representative, she got loud and stated it's considered days past due at the end of the monthWhat??? So I asked to speak to a manager...in which after a brief hold, I was told that she was on a conference call and would call me back
Well, I just told the girl to forget it and process my regular payment!!!
First you call me and offer something, then try to scam me into making a full payment to get the deferment
I strongly advise if you are not desperate please DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

For the rating that is posted here on this site they were not at all helpful, took mins to do an application and seconds to reject it, they dont work with anyone with bad creditI was told there was no options and didnt look into what possibly could help they just politely fot off the phone, I dont recommend them to anyone!
