Called to cancel appointment after I fixed myself, tech came out anyway and left a bill

Wasted my time completing an online application To be "approved" for $12k (applied for $5k) when the real application was completed the next day over the phone & denied
"Fine Print" is not always easy to ready when a baby needs your attention
Be honest & stop presenting the website "application" as anything importantadvertising w/ bait & switch tactics are not fair to consumers

I recently received a pre approval letter from One main Financial which stated that I could received a loan for the amount of which was advertisingAfter completing my application online received a message your loan has been approved, Contact our office to discuss details about the loanWhen I contacted the office I was asked the same information that I had just filled out online, which was very frustratingAfter a fifteen minute interrogation was told that I would receive a call back by MonOne main called back on Tues and stated we are unable to give you a loan at this timeMy thing is why waste people's time they knew they were'nt going to approve it anywaySo they should stop sending people pre approval lettersThis company seems very fraudulant to me

BIGGEST SCAM EVER!! NO WAY THIS COMPANY SETS YOU UP FOR FINANCIAL SUCCESS!!!! THEY DELIBERATELY GET YOU INTO A POSITION WHERE YOU EITHER PAY OFF THE WHOLE LOAN OR YOUR PAY DOUBLE WHAT YOU NEEDED FOR THE LOAN SO THAT YOU END UO BEING RIGHT BACK IN A FINANCIAL BIND AGAIN!! TERRIBLE COMPANY!! TERRIBLE SERVICES!!! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

We had taken out a loan with one main financial and they offered us a life insurance policy and we had put are son as a beneficiary But as time went on we had taken notice that we wanted to see if when we pay off the loan that if we can put some more money in to the life insurance , but they had told us no because that is only for the loan not a life insurance well they had lied to us because that is what they had not said that only for the loan that offered us a life insurance policy that's why we took it well I see they lied to usWe tried to get are money back because they said that we could cancel so we did and that we will get are money back but that was a lie we only got $dollars back So I hope that nobody gets ripped off like we did and lied to The people that did this is no longer in that office so we could talk to him they change them around so you look like your lying to themI hope this company pays for what they do too people

I was a customer and I paid my monthly payments faithfullyI had called into the branch on Camp Creek in East Point, GAAnd I never missed a paymentI later decided that I wanted to keep my account active so I called in an I inquired about applying for money I asked for the lowest amount just to keep my accountNow after I have applied and one of your reps pulled my credit as a HARD HIT I received a call to come in the sign the papersAnd after I have given of the required documents I was told that I could not receive the loan...That caused my credit score to drop and I didn't receive the loanThat offended me and hurt my credit score.Why would the rep call me and leave the message to come just to hurt me like that? I could understand if I didn't pay as agreed and I was denied then I could see the company denying me.??????????????
The reps are kind and polite but that denial was like a kick to the stomach.....This don't have to call, text or email me my payments nor contact any of my references

I checked my scores through CK and checked to see what recommendations they had for loans; came across One MainWhat a mistake that was; I was always avoiding all their annoying emails and letters sent to my house but now I'm in a financial debt where I needed serious help and they were absolutely useless to me! Filled out an application where it ask one thing; had to call these ppl and get the third degree on EVERYTHING!!! What a waste of my time! I would never recommend them to anyone; they are the worst!
