An employee at One Main Financial in *** Missouri, Jonathan B*** Try to swindle me into a loan he knew I had zero interest inHe lied and told me the underwriter approve me for a $1,loan because that was their lowest with the new check stubs I sent himHe inconvenience my work day to come to One Main Financial in *** Missouri to present me with a 5-year automobile loan, he said would save me $a monthI currently have years left to pay for my vehicle
I am truly disgusted with him and the inconvenience he caused me

The guy that handled my account was great, there ended being a lost check and his female co worker was extremely rude,even told me it wasn't there problem,and the Mobile app NEVER works!!

We spoke solved the issue directly with the customer She was satisfied with our decision and First AmericanThe unit was installedThe job was completedthanks

This was my first time getting a personal loan and was very nervous After to speaking with the gentleman cannot for the life of me remember his name but it began with a J put me at rest and made the process so easy!!! I will definitely return in the future A BIG THANK YOU!!!!!

I guess I should have read the negative reviews posted through the Revdex.com because all reviews have a fact within them I feel that myself I got mislead into a supposed "approved " loan I initially applied for $and got an instant "approved' confirmation of $ I received a call back from a representative from SpringLeaf financial and they took my info down and continued the processA day later they leave a message at home saying that they had good news, I call back and then comes the fact that I have to put my car down as collateral, so that I could get my the full $requested, so I agree I then submit more information than I should to then come and find out I got denied Also forget getting a call back to tell me that I got denied I had to call in days after submitting paper workAll the representative could say is sorry we have mailed the reasons why the loan was denied I sincerely feel mislead with the process of his company I would never recommend this company to anyone, very disappointing and bad experience

The process of getting a loan was okMy complaint is with the kind of statements they send the customer each month Instead of showing on the statement the balance actually owed following each payment instead they show the total amount of the loan which includes all of the interest that will be charged over the entire period of the loanI would prefer to see the actual amount owed at that moment, not in the future It's hard to see why they think anyone would want that kind of information if they intend to pay it off early I called OneMain and asked about this and was told it was their practice to do the statements like thatThe representative I spoke to wouldn't give me a straight answer ever as to how much at that moment I actually still owed them without all the extra interest It almost seems like they don't want the customer to know how much the balance actually is Because of this practice I would not recommend them to my friends and cannot rate them highlyHad I known they would do that I would never have taken out a loan with them

I had a good experience with the loan process I had an emergency and they were the only ones that would give me a loan I had recently filed bankruptcy so nobody else would touch me even though I still have a pretty good income I realize it's for a much higher APR than a bank or credit union would give but I suppose there's always the option to refinance at a later time when my credit score improves
