We haven't had one problem with tbe Elkhorn, WI branchWe are actually so far ahead in payments that we were offered a new loan that would pay off our existing one and give a $1,to useBut no need really at this momentStars all the way!!!

Not a fanStaff is not trained and extremely unprofessionalI had been pre approved and showed up with my approval papersThey tell me that's not right at all and try to give me a title loanThen they sent me away and asked for info I had already given themAlso the manager apparently only works from 10am to 2pm

OneMain Financial has always helped me when I needed extra cash to make improvements on my home or just pay off some debts The staff are always friendly and respectful with good advice I appreciate all that they have done for me

Very good experience--helpful staff

Back in July if not mistaken I was reviewing my checking account and found I made the mistake of paying my account online which I shouldn't have because it comes out automatically so I contacted the office and found that Terrance G*** was the only one to credit me with that overpayment so I spoke with him and said I would email him a copy from my statement off my smart phone I did that and a week passed I heard nothing from him so I assumed the refund was being issues so and it was not I actually had to call him back only to find out he needed that statement copy from my bank I did that on 7/in which my daughter delivered it to Ms Leslie and she made sure he got the copy so I'm thinking it was a go and he would issue the refund didn't happen in the meantime I had to go to Georgia due to my son being very ill and didn't think about it with all this going on so I arrived back on Wednesday 8/contact the office on Friday the 11th unfortunately he was off and was not due to return on 8/so Ms Leslie tried to assist me with no avail she didn't see any notes in the system that he had ever talked to me or find any of the documents that I had emailed him so she left him notations that I had called so still on Monday I had to call the office still not speaking to him so Ms Leslie asked when could I come to pick up that check so when I got to the office he still did not speak with me nor did he apologize for his lack in issuing me a refund and also when he handed my my check he didn't introduce himself just handed me my check I thought that was rude & so unprofessional customer service and I do have a lot of experience in this field having worked with various types of customers over years in the work force and I must say if it wasn't for
Ms Leslie's help and assuring me I would get my refund for which she gave me excellent service even though she couldn't issue me my refund and give the company a star rating but Terrance I give him a

When I got my loanOne of the oppositions they offer is insurance, to cover you in case you lose your job or get injuredAt first wasn't sure if I wanted or needed itSo I got anyway just to protect myselfA couple of months later I got injured at workThe great team at One Main walked me through the necessary steps to file a claimMy payments are covered through the insuranceWithout their help and that coverageI would've never been able to afford the paymentsThank you guys for not only the loan, but for being there when I needed it most
