Staff is always helpful and friendlyThis is the second loan we have had through themThey gave us a chance when no one else would on the first loan so we refinanced a car through them the second time

I have been a customer of this company for a long time now.I have a title loan with them I always thought they were professional and understanding until I got into a financial bind and became behind on my paymentsI was on disability for about a month and a half and didnt have much money coming inThis also caused me to fall behind a couple months on other bills as well During this time, I had also been trying to catch up on other bills like my house payment so I wouldnt be evictedI have explained this several times to themI have tried to pay what I can to,at least give somethingI have been told things such as I need to be more responsible with my money, why cant I pay the full payment, why is it that I work where I do, how come I dont have the money to pay themIf I dont make a payment of "x" amount of money, my vehicle will be repossedEven when I have stated to them I dont have a lot of money, I can still give them somethingThat doesnt seem to workEarlier this week, I had a payment I told them I would makeI said I would be there around noon thay dayBy 1230,this office,as well as my local branch, had called me more than once stating where was I, they were waiting on meI didnt think that was very professional of themI have the rest of said payment that I told them I would make today and I am positive they have already more than once to find out where I am and when am I comingI am sure that anyone else in a position like this finds it stressful and, sometimes, humiliatingEspecially when a person tries to do the best they canI have been told, more than once that I am not responsible and dont care when I dont always answer their phone callsThat is not the caseI do care and am attempting to resolve not just my situation with this company, but with everyone else that I have been trying to catch up withI have received letters saying because of payments that I did make, that they may be able to help me with my payments that could helpI had called them about this and was told I am not eligible Being called repeatedly and spoken to the way that I am humiliates me and adds more stress to an alredy stressful situationIt is very hard to attempt to say you can make a payment with what you have and it is either not enough or not done fast enoughI am glad to have read other reviews and to see that their are other people who have had the same experiences with this companyI am not even sure that how they approach this is right to do or even legal, but I do not know what else to doOf course, I dont want my vehicle repossed, I feel as though I am in a no win situation with themI hope others in this situation have been met with a prompt and positive resolve to their situationI, myself, will not refer any friends or family to this company

We've had good experiances so far with all our dealings with One Main, the only problem that I have, is the high interest rates..!

Burkhardt Heating and Air Conditioning provided customer service excellence from the moment I made the call for serviceThe representative that answered my call was courteous and helpful and assured me that I'd be taken care of today I did not have to wait hours for a serviceman to contact me with a time of arrival, which in this day is pretty much unheard of The service technician Dan Kwas phenomenalHe didn't take for granted that I might know what he was repairing; he explained in detail the what and why he needed to make the repairs which made me feel that he cared about my dilemmaI've had a lot of service techs at my home for various jobs, but Dan's service was by far the best yet!

Always treated with the most friendly manner and always assured that everything discussed was in the utmost private, business like manner each time I visit your establishment
