I am confused about this last loan that we received a few months ago
It was two different loans to meet the needs I hadThe people were pleasant enough, yet the explanation I got for the higher interest rates
We have done business with you guys for several years and never late or missed a payment
Since we had to put my wife on the account and her credit was ruined by her ex-husband but mine is good in standing and good with youI feel that we should have a much lower rate
We have referred people to you guysI am not sure about the future referrals

My rep was tina p*** she was very helpful
The office was friendly and very helpful and was willing to answer any and all questions

Sloppy! I have never received my invoice in the mail or do I receive it electronically like I askedIf I was to forget my due date I'd be screwedWhen I called and asked why I wasn't receiving my invoice I couldn't get an answerPlus the pay site is ***!

OVER ALL I AM AVERY HAPPY WITH THE ASSOCIATES WHICH DOES NOT INCLUDE THE BRANCH MANAGER JUDY WHO HAS A VERY BAD ATTITUDE AND NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLYSHE REFUSES TO GET THINGS STRAIGHT FOR ME WHEN ANOTHER ASSOCIATE DIANDRA HELPED ME VERY MUCH BUT BECAUSE JUDY IS ON A POWER KICK SHE UNDID EVERYTHING THAT DIANDRA DID FOR MEFOR THAT REASON I HAvE STOPPED PAYMENT ON MY FIRST PAYMENT AND HAVE A PERMANENT STOP PAYMENT ON MY ACCOUNT TILL I GET THE REFUND I AM DUE THAT WOULD HAVE MADE THE FIRST PAYMENT AND LEFT ME ALMOST $40, I CERTAINLY HOPE THIS IS NOT THE WAY ALL CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED AT THE *** BRANCH HERE IN VIRGINIA

Terrible, was a CURRENT customer ( for a few years) never any late payments, in fact early and made additionalSO, receive this new offer in that mail for new loan of lets just day $Do all the paperwork, for them to call and say we can only do $So I asked way did you bother sending it out in the first place....crickets...cricketsBottom line beware of the Company!!!

I applied for a loan on October onlineI got approved over the amount that I requested which was a little concerningBut then I get an email to provide some documents for my car and which I didWeek no communicationWeek still no communication so I decided called them and was told the person who is handling my loan is on vacation and that they will touch base with me upon their returnSo my loan is put on hold basically and to try again on week Week is here I took it upon myself to call again which is todayWait for it! My loan specialist is back from vacation and I was told I didn't get approved because I decided to buy myself a brand new car and that it's not paid offHow can it be paid off if my car is only months old? If that is the case that would make me kind of rich and therefore I wouldn't need a loanThe only job they completed was pulling my creditI'm trying to understand if you guys have all the required documents to see that a customer cannot be approve why pull my creditIf we continue to read reviews on company like this, they would not be in business for us to do business with
