Taking out an loan was the last thing I wanted to doAlso haggling with an car dealership was even worseBut all the ladies (Beverly G***) @ One Main took care of both of my concernsAs they were able to assist me with an auto loan for my year old sonThey were very patient and professional & I thank God for them! I hoped the rate could've been better, but the customer service was excellent! Thank you for doing a great job!

I applied for a loan and was approvedOk the oage said someone would get in touch with me the next dayI waited and finally calked later the next day and had to gove more information and email documentsLater that day received a call saying do I want to use my car as collateralSo I asked why because it showed on your site I was approvedI guess I shouldn't have believed that because that was a lie you are not approved that is so they can run you creditFinally they called me and asked do I want to refinance my car with themI explained I am doing bill consolidation so I want to pay everything outWhat really gets me is don't pull a person's credit and say they are approved, then give them the run around

They treated me wellMy only complaint is the interest rate, but they did help me to get the car I wanted

I would recommend this business to anyone I know that is looking to get a loanExcellent customer service

Great customer serviceMy only complaint is that I have paid for months and still owe more then my loan was forThe interest is high and most of your payment goes to interest as opposed to the principle balance more so then a traditional loan

Hi I got a loan with One Main Financial in *** Alabama The branch I'm referring to is in *** *** I felt like I was pressured into signing this contract When the lady getting me this didn't want me to read the contractWhen I mentioned to her that I would like to read these pages before I signed themWell she irritated and began badger me, she kept telling me you don't much time before we close.so I relented Now I ask myself another question, why would any financial institution lend $12,only using an 06' Toyota Tundra My pickup trade in value was $ 3600-6,I know the lady took pictures Oh maybe she got pics of only parts, which there wasn't to many spots without dents or some kind of damageIf you have experienced this unethical business practice please contact me at XXX-XXX-XXXX call or text meI hope this helps otgers

Pleasant and well informed staff offering a great service

Although the odds show good for approval If you don't own a vehicle they won't approve you for the minimum amount ask forIn their disclosure statement (which many don't read), it states, first time applicates minimum is $1,500, once approved the rep told me $3,was my minimum, I didn't need that amount, then I was ask for collateral, didn't read that in disclosure! Once they understood I had no vehicle, nor was I asked for any other type of collateral, the female rep Chris told me I was not eligible for a loan
Sounds like a dressed up " Title loan' company! Deceiving!

I have been doing business with OneMain Financial for about yearsI have always loved there service until a few months agoThey said there company changed the income you can use nowDoing that placed me in a bind, and made it where I couldn't borrow from them, at a time I needed it mostAlso, with a vehicle lien they want you to keep full coverage on it, and that makes it hard if you have vehicles and drive one more than the otherIf you don't drive the one with a lien on it, that much, then you should be able to put liability insurance on it

Staff is great know my husband has cancer always ask how he's doing

This Company sucksI took a loan out in for 10,and years later it was at 10,They are a shark company who will rip you off badI was making payments every month on time and relized that the amount was not droppingBeware of this company and stay away
