Very professional and caring staff
These people are a deceitful! They claim to be able to give loans to people with bad credit, but that's misleading! I applied for a $2,loan and was approved for up to $4,with a car titleI told the representative I didn't have a vehicle under my nameThe rep then said my wife could co-sign since my credit wasn't high enoughShe made it seem that I would have a better chance of securing the loan if our credit scores and INCOME were combinedWe went to their office, and after being made to wait a really long time, we were told the only way we could get approved was to use my wife's car title as collateral....basically a title loanFor everyone who knows...title loans are a HUGE rip-off! You borrow $4,and end up paying back $11,000...more than twice as much! We were then told that we could apply later when our credit improved...NEWS FLASH: If we already had good credit, we wouldn't need the loan in the first place, imagine that! They claim to "help people with bad credit" but that's clearly not the case as my credit was the reason we were deniedSo I guess you have to have "good-bad credit???" These people are like any other typical shady loan sharksDon't waste your time with themThey lure you in telling you you're approved when you're really notFor a $2,loan I was told the payments would be around $a monthHad I been approved, I could've and WOULD'VE easily made $monthly payments to pay it off fasterI totally had the means and income to afford this loan and the monthly payments, but no, it all comes down to some stupid 3-digit credit score number with these people, though they claim to focus more on your income rather than your credit scoreThat's clearly not true, or else I would have been approvedIf you get any "pre-approval" letters from them in the mail, tear it upThese people are just after your cars and assets
The one in shepherdsville are very nice to work with
Our AC unit was installed by some amazing professionalsThey were courteous and did a tremendous job of running the lines tight to the rafters in our basement so we can finish the basement without complications when adding a ceilingThey went out of their way to do the installation as if it were their own homeTheir care for my home and pride in their work is easy to see
My loan experience was great I had all documents they ask me to bring and I was out in no time....the representative was so pleasant and explain everything I wanted to know....Thanks for the great experience
Great Service so far

Terrible apply for a personal loan with a co signer They insisted on a loan putting up my car and my moms I don't get why this is needed for a loan
Predatory Loans and Apr
The job was not sloppy nor was it incomplete or the customer would not have paid for the job (which he did)I am not responsible for weather or natural occurrencesI have offered to repaint after cleaning he majority of splashed sealerI am not going to re- side old buildings
I called the application number of OneMain for a small personal loan of 5000$ to consolidate my low debt and to build credit so I can purchase a home next yearI applied once, but for some reason they repeatedly processed me without my initiation and it appears as though I have multiple loan requests, but I only initiated one loan request and one credit check
Someone in the application department called me shortly after submitting an online requestAfter providing an excessive amount of detailed personal information I was approved for a very small loan of 2800$ which they said was based on my credit and retail store card payment history, which is excellent by the way, and an average FICO score (it was very low after a financially devastating divorce seven years ago, it is now 650)I was told I would need to use my car as collateral, which seemed excessive and ridiclious to me, but I felt if this made them feel more comfortable, fineI made it clear that I only use my very old Subaru (1999) for running errandsI don't use it for commutingIt is garage keptIt is a limited edition outback in excellent conditionIt's old, yes, but it suits my needs, it runs great, looks good, and it is reliableThe Kelly Blue Book street value is about 2500$I was told this was fine and that the loan was approvedI uploaded all the necessary documents, including paystub, insurance, registration, DL, basically, a lot of very personal information
I was told the loan was approved and in process at my local branchI was told I would have to go through a local office instead of online because I live in NY? I spoke to the *** NY branch the next morning with a woman named Cassandra and was told that the milage on my vehicle is wrong because the car is old and it can't be under 200,miles and end in a 000! I was asked to check the milage againI was not in my car at the timeI called back and said yes, I was off by She then told me that the valuation on my car by the application department was too highI replied that it was actually low according to Kelly Blue BookShe said that the difference in milage of will probably disqualify me for the loanI explained that even if there was a mile difference the valuation would not change all that much, the car is still worth more than they were saying it wasAdditionally, since I don't have a car payment, this makes me a better loan risk because I don't have car payment debtShe said again that she would call me right back
I was not called backThe next day I called the application department and asked about the valuationI told them about the situation with the mileageThey called the branch, I was again told by Casandra that she'd call right backShe did notShe called hours later and said my loan was declined, after it was already approvedI asked why and she said because the milage was too highShe said that the application department approves everyone and that the branches are the one with the power to make those decisions, not the application employeesI asked to speak to a manager, I was told he would call me the next morning at 9AM
The branch manager called me this morning and said my loan was denied because it is OneMain's policy to not use cars that are years oldThis is AFTER the application department said the value was high enough to use as collateral combined with my credit score, payment history, and incomeI told him off, admittedly I was steamed
Needless to say, I'm appalled and disgusted by the way I was treatedThis company gathered A LOT of very personal information about me including my bank account number, social security number and card image, credit report, FICO scores, DL, registration, car info, employer info, pay stub, the whole shebangThey approved the loan then turned around and unapproved it based on the milage of an older model vehicleI feel there is discrimination against women with this company and I also feel they go through this sham approval process in order to get and sell our personal informationWe're talking about a 2800$ loan here that I can pay off in three months
I'm just glad I didn't give them my actual pay bank account numberI gave them one I use for online purchases and keep a low balance on! Do not trust OneMainThey reel you in, waste your time and play the bait and switch game just to get your personal data to sell and useMy pay is good, I have a low debt to income ratio, and I'm responsibleMy credit will progressively get better, when it does, I can promise you that I will not bring my business to this company or any other company like it that intentionally falsely approves loans just to get personal data
Very easy and very professional! Made me feel comfortable about the whole thing And make it super easy to make payments and work with you very well if anything comes up!
First I'd like to thank the representative that assisted me in my financial need , I can't remember his name but he was very professional and courteous
I'm grateful that OneMain trusted me enough to loan me money, my only "complaint" is that like all other loan companies they send out notification in the mail teasing me with the possibility of being able to borrow more but then they turn me down I'd rather they not send me any notifications unless I truly qualify for additional funds:)
My husband and I have used One Main Financial several times for our financial needs, they are always easy to use and very helpfulI love being able to pay electronically without any issues
OneMain Financial was very helpful with my loan I completed some of my paperwork online and the lady in the office helped me complete the rest I was in and out within a hour with my loan So far I have had no problems at all Very helpful staff
Couldn't be happier with OneMainI was desperately trying to get out of a Title Loan, OneMain worked with me and helped get me through the application process...new loan agreement is saving me hundredsI'd strongly recommend OneMain Financial to anyone seeking a debt consolidation loan
We contacted Burkhardt to diagnose an issue with our furnace in the home we recently purchasedThey nearly completely disassembled the unit before ultimately identifying a part that they felt needed to be replacedWe informed them that the home we purchased came with a home warranty, for which we would like to file a claim for any needed repairsThey recommended trying the recommended part and proceeding from there, which we agreed toThe part ultimately did not correct the problem, nor did the warranty company cover Burkhardt as a service providerThey refused to attempt to return the part and left the furnace in piecesWe nevertheless signed the final invoice, provided our credit card number, and agreed to move onTo our surprise, we were then actually charged more than the amount on the signed invoice and also charged 28% sales taxWhen calling to dispute the excess charges, we received no explanation from the person we spoke to (***), but overheard his conversation with *
