My experience with OneMain is very good

High interest rate, but good service and ease of processing

All was as expected in terms of requirements, APR and payments details

One Main has been very helpful and convenient in helping me consolidate and pay off my debt Victor is very knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping find the best solutions

I found the staff at the Springfield, Ohio office to be very friendly and courteous especially ValVal is the one who helped me with my loan and any questions I had

They have been really good to meI never thought I would get a loan and this company helped me out so much

These people at the onemain office *** *** ***, indianapolis, is is a piece of workI called in on dec 4th asked for manager John and he was unavailable spoke with at person name Justin and advised him of my financial issue for the month of dec Justin then stated its ok we will defer your payment for the month of dec and to resume payment Jan I get an email today 1/5/about my paymentCalled the office to speak with manager John for him to tell me I didnt make a payment for last month DecI explained to him the conversation me a justin had and the payment was deferred for decJohn stated with a deferrment there is still a portion of the payment that is still dueAs a customer Justin should had stated thatNot one time did he say anything about a deferement payment stillJohn then stated then I must have understoodNO it was never told to me first the startJustin stated to just start up payment again jan The staff is rudeAs I stated I can only do what the employee allows me to doI dont work thereAnd what justin stated dont worry about the payment for dec its deferred....rude *** people

One main financial is very dependable and helpfulI would recommend them to everyone

I was initially happy with this lender, but when I went to get another loan after paying on my current loan for several months they treated me like I had bad creditA day after I found a competitor lender and was offered a far better rate one main called me saying they could do a loan but not the amount I needed, and at a point higher rateNo thanks

Very unprofessional staff never answering your phone for days and they keep telling you someone will call you back by the end of the day, and never never they call you backDon't even bother to get a loan there if u need fastIt took me weeks to get a $loanNever will use mainland again

The local branch called me the next day and offered a 17k loan with repay term of for monthsAlmost twice the amount of the original loan
they will take advantage of desperate people, and it's not worth itthere are more safe lenders out there

Easily got a loan through them when I needed it the mostVery helpful people in the officeMy only problem is the super high interest rate! Its *** how high it isYou pay back more than you got

I got my loan and the people I worked with were very niceThey worked with me and made it happenThank you all

Absolutley wonderful set of people here, very accomadating in every aspect and process of requesting a loan or other needs, there are a few options, would recommend this business for financial needs

one main is the best everthey helped me when no others would I was in dire need of a roof replacement, I tried everywhere even my mortgauge lender who flat out denied mego figure my home there roof and investment they denied me my lender would have rather my roof collapse then give me a loan to fix itAll I know is I am grateful for ONE MAIN for being there I will in the futue borrow again if needed ,
