We acknowledge reception of the formal complaint filed by [redacted] to Onlineshoes.com in regards to a refund. We are sorry that the matter was not able to be resolved with [redacted] on each contact made with our company.
 
A return for order [redacted] for the amount of $91.26 was registered with us on February 5, 2016. The customer’s financial institution issued a chargeback for the amount of $91.26 on February 9, 2016. The chargeback pulled the funds from our third party payment processor, Klarna. Klarna accepted the chargeback on February 19, 2016, permanently relinquishing a claim on the customer’s funds.
 
We kindly request the customer inquire with their financial institution regarding their credit of $91.26 as they would be the party in possession of the customer’s funds.
 
We hope this provides insight into the customer’s refund.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: The order #[redacted] was resolved under [redacted] but wasn't under my order history.  There was an order#[redacted] I don't think this order was resolved.  For order #[redacted] there was suppose to be a credit but I didn't want the credit I wanted my refund.  Your customer service department sent an email on Sept 22 stating that I would get my refund in 5 days, it didn't happen until a month later.

I submitted a claim today because I did not receive some online merchandise from Onlineshoes.  I see on their website that the shoes have finally shipped.  Can you please cancel my claim?

order you selected [redacted] as the payment option so your initial charge was $19.48, you also paid two additional installment payments of $14.17, which is a total charge of $47.82 prior to you returning the item. Since you were only billed $47.82 for the order prior to your return, a credit in the amount of $47.82 was issued to the credit card used to place the order on November 5, 2015.  In regards to your order [redacted], that order was also on [redacted] installment billing. The original order total for that order was $94.31 and we charged your credit card for the initial installment of $20.35 on October 12, 2015.  We received your return on October 22, 2015 and we issued a credit to your credit card in the amount of $20.35 on October 22, 2015.  In reference to order [redacted], the original order total was $118.61 and was also on [redacted] installment billing. You were charged $25.29 for the initial installment and then you also receive two additional installment charges of $18.67 prior to returning your item; we received your return on September 21, 2015 and issued a credit to your credit card in the amount of $56.63, this was less the $6.00 [redacted] installment fee that is charged for using this payment option. After holding for an hour they finally canceled order

We've also emailed you a free prepaid return label today in case you've not yet sent the shoes back. You can use this label to return your shoes at no cost. You should have this email containing the label within the next 24 hours. If you use a Gmail address, please check your promotions/spam/updates folders, as sometimes our emails are sent there.

Just to be facetious, they refunded me $164.80; not the $180 or whatever they claim. It is still more than the value of the item, though I wish I could charge them interest for the ridiculous time frame of this whole ordeal.
It's amazing the package was also "lost" though marked as delivered.

Online Shoes sent me an email stating that they were shipping me the John Deere boots and would send me an email confirmation once the boots shipped and that I wouldn't be charge until the boots ship.  I better not be charged for ANYTHING!  I want my refund of $107.96, not the John Deere boots! I had originally wanted to exchange them for John Deere steel toed boots, but they wouldn't do that since the steel toed boots costs more.  Instead, they have been dragging their feet for almost 4 months with my refund.  I simply want $107.96 refunded either by check and mailed to me or to my PayPal account that I used to purchase my boots.  How difficult is it?  I DO NOT accept them sending me the boots back.
