I contacted the customer and explained that the minimum monthly income in the state of Georgia required for a loan is $3,In her application, she entered $2,as her monthly incomeWe do not pull a credit report when income requirements are not sufficient for a loan

I was what I believed to be finished with the application process and reached a great stumbling block! I immediately selected the "on line chat" option only to find she was a third party in the puzzle and couldn't offer much I remembered a phone number attached to the company, so I called I got a very pleasant as well as helpful individual (John) on the phone not only answered my question but also assured me and walked me through to resolution! Very professional and caring Thanks John

OppLoans makes the loaning process very easy and all the information about the loan is quite readily available on their websiteAs I was applying for my loan, one of their representatives, Ibtihale [redacted] (Ibby for short), called me on my cell phone and confirmed and completed my application with meShe was very professional, patient and had a very pleasant phone voiceThank you both, Ibby and OppLoans for a great experience

Seven payments were returned to us during the term of this loan (11/30/16, 12/15/16, 01/13/17, 01/31/17, 02/15/17, 06/13/and 06/28/17.) The fee's compound when not paid in a timely fashionAgain, we are willing to eliminate late fees and assist however we need for the customer to call in and arrange with us

This has been resolved and I was able to offer a loan to her satisfaction
