This was the first time using OppLoans, it was an easy process from start to finishCharsom was very helpful and answered all of my questionsI would recommend OppLoan to my family and friends

Unfortunately, we are unable to proceed with a loan at this timeWe need to evaluate a lot of criteria prior to offering a loan, even for customers that have received loans from us in the past, including banking history.We encourage the customer to re-apply in days and hopefully we can proceed at that timeI would strongly recommend not applying for too many more loans in this period of timeSorry we were not able to move forward at this time

Anyone who receives an offer from this company through the mail should bewareI received a Pre-Approved offer in the mail stating that I had been pre-approved for up to $along with a Promo Code, only to be denied once I did the online applicationWhy am I receiving pre-screened offers that deemed me eligible for the loan, only to be denied within seconds of doing the application? It specifically states on the flyer that you get quick approval and that less than perfect credit is OKSo, what exactly is their deciding factor in actually denying the loan if I was already "pre-approved"? During the application process it says that it doesn't hurt your credit to applyI will be closely monitoring my credit to see if this shows upSince the pre-approval was a lie, I'm sure I'll see this hit my credit file, as well

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I have repeatedly told the company I would never sign or authorize an agreement with this illegal interest charge and slickly packaged fraudulent activity I have called for months only to get put on hold told several times a manager would call me back ,never happenedthis is a criminal organization or if not they have found a way to take advantage of ill informed,please produce any docs ive signed also be aware ive already contacted consumer financial protection bureau ,keep in mind I openly offered to resolve this matter by paying off the loan I guess that is construed as weakness or guilt of involvement maybe you misread the situation it will escalate up the chain with documentation if not settled or remove immediately please reconsider you original offer before it moves beyond my control ive tried to help cleanup this mess Sincerely, [redacted]

Just wanted to say the Ms*** Rudolph was great! I had a lot of question and she was patient and answered every one of themI was not going to get the loan, but after speaking with her she made me feel comfortable and like Opp Loans was a trustworthy company to work with

Lance was kind and patient when I was deciding about the amount of my loan I would recommend Opp Loans instead of a *** ***

Received offer in September that I was pre-qualified for loanI applied and never received and instant decision and when I called in October to find out the status, I was told that the loan was denied and I received an email stating whyI never received and email after applying

She was very helpful and informative about the process and easy to understandI plan to refer her to all others who are in need of financial help
