Anyone who receives an offer from this company through the mail should beware. I received a Pre-Approved offer in the mail stating that I had been pre-approved for up to $4000 along with a Promo Code, only to be denied once I did the online application. Why am I receiving pre-screened offers that deemed me eligible for the loan, only to be denied within seconds of doing the application? It specifically states on the flyer that you get quick approval and that less than perfect credit is OK. So, what exactly is their deciding factor in actually denying the loan if I was already "pre-approved"? During the application process it says that it doesn't hurt your credit to apply. I will be closely monitoring my credit to see if this shows up. Since the pre-approval was a lie, I'm sure I'll see this hit my credit file, as well.

I saw this loan company on a credit website. I was told that I was pre approved but after going through tha application process I was denied. I'm disappointed because I could really use a loan.

Today, I refinanced with Lance and he was incredibly helpful. I had numerous questions regarding refinance and he was very patient and knowledgeable! One of the best customer service reps I have ever dealt with. Never get rid of him

I unfortunately did not have a very good experience with this company. The IBV system did not work with my bank so I was asked to manually send in 90 days worth of bank statements, which I did on Friday afternoon, after not hearing anything I called again on Saturday afternoon and was informed the first statements I had sent did not have balances so I needed to resend, would have been nice if someone could've followed up with me on Friday to let me know I needed to resend but I re-sent the requested documents on Saturday afternoon and again I did not hear anything until I finally called on Tuesday and was told that they has just gotten the statements that I e-mailed on Saturday afternoon...slowest e-mail service ever I guess again very frustrating but anyway I was told that everything looked good on my bank statements and they just neeeded to forward to underwriting to find out how much I would be approved for again this happened at around 3:00 on Tues was told it should take about 30 - 45 mins. I checked the website and finally around 4:30 lo and behold the status changed to Denied. Granted I am not frustrated at the fact that I was denied as I know my credit is not that great but I am frustrated that I spent a total of 4 days wasting my time with jumping through their hoops and attempting to play phone tag instead of them communicating with me and letting me know what info I needed to send. It always seemed like if I had not contacted them then nothing was being done with my application at all. I definitely hope others have a better experience with them then I did.

Wonderful company to work with. Very easy to apply.

I will reach out to the client first thing this morning to explain the loan process and see if I may offer a satisfactory solution.

Lance was great and very professional and knowledgeable and explain everything great. It was a pleasure and at the end my loan was approved quick so thanks Lance you rock.
