Not only have we attempted to reach the customer on numerous occasions, we deleted all the interest of this loan and reset the APR to 0%Literally, we gave the loan to the customer for freeWe would be willing to negotiate a payment schedule to fit his needs but he would need to reach out to us since we can not reach him

To Whom It May Concern, Please be advised that a line of credit agreement was established in Mr*** name on April 13, 2016, and pursuant to this agreement, a $1,dollars was deposited into a *** ** *** account ending in 0562. Per one of our third-party
vendors, this account has been opened in Mr*** name for months. Further, five (5) billing statements were mailed to Mr*** at the email address provided in his Revdex.com complaint ([email protected]). At Opportunity Financial, LLC, we take fraud allegations seriously, and with that in mind, we require additional information from Mr*** in order to properly investigate his situation as he has not claimed fraud after receiving any of his five billing statements. The billing statements are attached for your reference. We require that Mr*** provide a document from *** ** *** stating that he is not associate with the aforementioned bank account. We need to know the last four digits of Mr*** social security as well as his residential history to further investigate his fraud allegations with our vendors. Without these additional items, we cannot simply accept Mr*** fraud allegations as conclusive
