Hi there, We (*** *** & *** ***) filed complaint ID #*** against FrontGate Solutions regarding ticket
issues we had with themAfter we did that, we discovered their Facebook profile and it let you chat with their customer serviceCustomer service actually resolved the issue! (We were shocked, but very happy!) Therefore, the complaint has been resolved and it is not necessary to pursue any further

Hey ***, Thanks for the link. I actually haven't seen this site before.I can definitely understand how frustrating that could be, seeing discounted tickets from a different ticket sellers. Unfortunately we are unable to price match or offer a discount as the event itself sets pricing and quantities with us, and that price point was not an offering on our ticketing platform.I would encourage you to reach out to the event itself for additional clarity or if a further resolution is needed. I am rejecting this response because: Multiple attempts were made to contact customer service about the issue of not receiving the tickets when promisedThe company "Front Gate Tickets" made a commitment to deliver the tickets a month before the event, therefore they did not uphold their end of the agreementThey are in breach of contractWhen customer service was contacted the representives were rude and hung up, we attempted to resolve the issue through the company and they could not articulate a response other than ignoring customers.

Good morning,   I received a response on this dispute from [redacted], DR Specialist, but couldn’t figure out a way to...

respond through the website so I’m doing so here.  [redacted]s response said the company did not respond to the inquiry, however shortly after filing my dispute I received the refund I requested against my credit card.  I emailed Front Gate for clarification and they confirmed to me that they did indeed refund the tickets that I didn’t need, and allowed me to keep the one I did.  So from my perspective it was taken care of and solved by the company.   The email address I initiated this claim from was [redacted] and this is my work email…feel free to respond to either if you wish, and if you don’t, perhaps just mark the claim as “satisfied” or something.   Thanks for all the help!

We are not able to refund service and shipping fees. At the time of purchasing these fees are clearly visible and have to be agreed to for the purchase. Please see the attached screen shots of the purchase process. These fees are non-refundable and again have to be agreed to at the time of purchase....

After [redacted] provided the screenshot I was able to track down the order and verify his story.  The entire order has been refunded to the orginal method payment and should be reflected on his bank statement in a few days. Thanks,[redacted]

Customers order was shipped, but not delivered. Customer requested a refund, but this is not available, as we offered to move the order to refund and refund shipping. Customer would not accept this, unfortunately, orders are not refundable and we cannot accommodate. These terms were agreed to at the...

time of purchase.
