I am rejecting this response because:I understand that there is a no-refund policy. I'm not asking for a refund, I'm just asking for compensation for both of y'all failing to function on your end of the deal paid for. You say they are transferable to will call and yet in my weeks of trying to get in contact with you, it was literally impossible to. I spent hours waiting and emailed several times to never get an actual response. How about taking some responsibility for your failure to provide a service I paid for? Y'all are being ridiculous. It's not like I'm going out and bad-mouthing the festival, I'm just seriously concerned that y'all are so terrible at customer service.

We apologize for the customer's experience and have refunded the camping only pass. This refund will reflect on your card within 24-48 hours. Thank you again for your patience regarding this matter.

We certainly understand the frustration and apologize for the experience. We have tried to email the customer several times, but their email address bounces back each time. We have requested the customer use an alternate email address or present their photo ID and receipt at the event, we feel these...

are great resolutions. We apologize again the customer is frustrated, but the resolutions will take care of the issue.

USPS tracking shows delivery should be on Saturday. The customer will have their passes in plenty of time of he event that begins on July 31st.Thank you.

I am rejecting this...

response because: This was not a user error issue. I understand that all sales are final, however, the Front Gate Tickets computer system malfunctioned and provided me the wrong product. This is a fault of Front Gate Tickets and not of mine. For them to refuse to remedy this situation is unacceptable. Should they choose to further ignore this concern I will be filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.
