I ordered a Yeti cup painted a color on 9/2/No where on the order page does it state that the cup will take longer that 3-business daysIt is now 10/16/and I still have not received my cupI keep reaching out to the customer service emails and called and I keep getting the run around about international shippingOn their site it under the shipping tab it says it may take business days for international shippingIt was been business days and when I did a live chat tonight the customer service rep said it would be Nov 4th before I get my orderThis is unacceptable and they are deceiving people when they order that they will be getting their product in 3-business days

I ordered two Yeti tumblers on 12/21/and I have never received them but they charged my credit card for $I have sent several emails starting on 1/and I have never gotten any responseI also called their customer service number and left a messageI can't believe these people are still permitted to do business!

I have lost a total of $dollars between $to this company for Yeti cups and Glacier cup, and the rest to Cause-Central, also based in TexasMerry Christmas to the thieves!! Buyer beware and always check the Revdex.com first before ordering online and DO NOT believe the testimonials online from the website of the businessesNo contact by phone, e-mail other than a passive "We are overwhelmed with response" and no LIVE CHAT available

I ordered a Yeti cup on 10/25/ The company did not send any tracking information or notification that the cup was shipped When someone finally responded to my emails I was told there was problem with preparing my order for shipping, but the problem had been resolved and my order was on its way It has been one month, and I still have not received my merchandise, and the company will not replace my order or refund my money There claims are that the product will be delivered by December 8th (which is over a month after it was ordered and well over the days they told me to wait for delivery) and they can not do anything until that date All tracking information that I was provided has not updated since November 11th All I can say is buyer beware this company is a joke and a scam I wish I had investigated there business practices better before I placed my order

Do not buy from this website!
