I ordered November 19th and December 2nd 2016 and as of January 11, 2017 I have not received all of my items. I got the Yeti lids right away from a place in North Carolina. I am still waiting for 4 Yeti Ramblers. Order status on their website says Paid and Unfulfilled.
They took my money 85.16 and 63.88 but I have only received $20 worth of my order.
They have zero customer service email phone Facebook LIVE CHAT all fake. Never got a response from any of these avenues.

Terrible business. I was scammed! My order took almost 2 months to be delivered to me and when it was finally delivered it was completely damaged. I've contacted them over 10x times to try and get my money back. I wish there was a way to get a refund, I would gladly return my defected item.

was a couple of miss spelled or grammar used incorrectly, very cheaply made also! I will take my lost and learn a lesson on on-line purchasing! Thanks again [redacted] Regards,

I ordered from this company on Aug. 9, 2016. I didn't receive my merchandise so I did an inquiry on Sept. 1. I was assured it was in processing and asked to wait a little longer. I contacted the company again on 9/30. No merchandise. I asked for either the merchandise or a full refund. They said they couldn't supply the merchandise would issue a refund. It is now 12/22/16 and I still don't have my refund. Would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. It is a rip-off!

This business has the WORST customer service. I ordered one Yeti cup back in October 2016. The payment was immediately charged to my credit card, but I never received a confirmation email or tracking. It is January 2017 and I have never received my order. I have tried repeatedly to contact them through email, phone, and live chat. They do not respond to any of those methods. I would like my cup or a refund. I feel like I have been scammed on this! How can I get my money back???

Ordered on Dec 2 a Yeti tumbler. Still not received. Facebook page is shut down and no one will answer my emails or the phones or Chat. What else will it take for this company to be shut down from selling? Come on! Look at the reviews!!

I ordered a Yeti cup painted a color on 9/2/16. No where on the order page does it state that the cup will take longer that 3-5 business days. It is now 10/16/16 and I still have not received my cup. I keep reaching out to the customer service emails and called and I keep getting the run around about international shipping. On their site it under the shipping tab it says it may take 20 business days for international shipping. It was been 30 business days and when I did a live chat tonight the customer service rep said it would be Nov 4th before I get my order. This is unacceptable and they are deceiving people when they order that they will be getting their product in 3-5 business days.

Should have done my homework, it was a https site. I have waited and called and no answer to e-mail, voice mail, messages or phone. Do not waste your time on this site.

Please, anyone reading this, DO NOT order from this company.
I have been waiting for over a month for an order I am likely to never see. You see, when you order from this company, you will have charges deducted from your account. However, you will never receive your product. Also, (If you made the mistake of attempting to order from this company) keep an eye on your bank or credit card account for extra charges.. after a month of waiting, I had unexpected charges on my card from the same town as where this company is located. My card was compromised! Also, if you do attempted to make a purchase, prepare yourself for a run around. You will try to email and get no reply, then the online chat. You will wait up to an hour or more and be told the same run around comments such as, "high rates of orders" "it's waiting to be shipped out" "Oh, the item was on backorder, but rest assure, it will be mailed out asap" All LIES! Please, please, please save yourself the headache and time invested into locating your item and the phone calls to your bank and fraud companies... DO NOT MAKE A PURCHASE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

Ordered items on September 12th. Received an email confirming my order but never received an email that items had shipped. On October 2nd, I went on the campingandfishingoutlet.com and chatted online with Kristine. I asked her for an update on my order and she informed me it had not shipped yet. I asked her what the delay was and she could not really explain. She told me she would ship it within 24-48 hours but the delivery would take another 15 days. I told her to cancel my order and refund my money because that did not make sense to me. She said she canceled it and my refund was being processed. On Wednesday, October 5th I checked my bank account and the credit was not there. I emailed the company to find out what was going on. Jeff replied and said it would take 2 to 3 business days for the credit to show up. I informed him that it had now been the 4th business day so the credit should have been there. Then Robin replied and said it had been processed "but it hasn't been completed yet due to an error. This doesn't usually happen." RED FLAG! This company still has not refunded my money. I called today, October 7th and spoke to Spencer. I told him that if the credit is not there by Monday, I would dispute the charges with my bank. This company seems to be scamming people by charging them, not giving them their product and keeping their money!

I ordered a Yeti tumbler on 11.25.16 and have yet to receive anything. The money was immediately taken out of my bank account and received a confirmation. I have called, emailed, messaged on social media and have yet to hear anything back. Very disappointed in this company and their lack of customer service.

I ordered a Yeti cup with accessories for a Christmas gift on Dec. 4. My card was charged right away, but they never delivered anything. I tried live chat, phone calls, and emails and could never get though or get any kind of response. I will be contacting my credit card company in an attempt to get my money back, failing that I will submit a claim here. This website should be avoided at all costs, shut down, and the owners held liable.

This is a total scam of a business!
I too have ordered a YETI cup and it's been over a month with no product!
I tried over a dozen times to seek contact and NO response!!
Please shut down this scam!!

shipping charge. If I were you I would go knocking on their door. Read the complaints on fb. Wish I would have known beforehand.

I ordered a pink yeti cup online through this company on September 2, 2016, today is November 3, 2016 and I still have not received my item and my account was billed the day after I ordered it. I am disappointed and I don't recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered a gift for Christmas and have not yet received it. When I go to review order it hasn't been filled yet. This has now been 20 days. The company has not responded to me in any form. I will be disputing the payment with credit card as the company has already accepted payment without sending the items out.

Thus business is horrible. I ordered a yeti cup on Dec 18th and have yet to hear anything. You can never get ahold of them via email, online chat or phone. Calling my bank to dispute this transaction.

I purchased 3 Yeti products online from the website on November 25, 2016 for Christmas gifts. I found out about the website when it came across my Facebook feed. I have yet to receive the products. I have tried numerous times to call and speak to someone, but the recording says everyone is busy and I should leave a message. I have also tried to live chat, but I end up with a message stating that everyone is busy and I should call or email. I've also emailed them 6 times, and no one has ever returned my phone call, chat request or email. My payment was deducted from my account in a matter or days after the purchase, but I still don't have the products. The website states that my order has been fulfilled, but when I click on the tracking information, I get a postal carrier from China EMS and it says my tracking number has expired. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
