I ordered a powder coated Yeti tumbler from this company in mid November, with the statement that I should receive the product in 10-15 days. I received a confirmation email with a tracking number. Repeated attempts to track this product showed that my tumbler was stuck in China indefinitely. MULTIPLE attempts to reach the company via email and phone went unanswered by this company. I was unable to cancel through their website, therefore I had to cancel through my credit card.

This company is the worse I ordered a yeti cup for 39.99 and a handle for 9.99, within days I got a shipment confirmation for the handle, a few days later it arrived, I got a shipping confirmation on the cup, I tracked it numerous times and nothing came up under the tracking info that that they provided, I contacted them to let them know they assured me that it was shipped, September came and went and still no cup, I emailed them about 4 times, every time I got the same response, we are running behind you will get it, ok, it had nothing to do with them running behind, it was shipping a week after I ordered it, the first of November I contacted them again and told them I still had not received it and there was not tracking info available, the same response oh you will get it, we assure you, you will receive it by Oct. 22nd, the 22nd came and went nothing, now they will not respond to my emails at all, I guess I just lost my 39.99, but I would like for you and anyone else to know what a poor company that this is.

Placed an order for a blue Yeti on 10/30/16, credit card charged on 11/1/16, but have not received order as of 12/12/16. Have emailed, attempted calling and no response from them. Out $40 with zero expectation of seeing my order or reimbursement. What a fraud!

Do not order from these people.!!! They charge your cc and that's it!! No product no response.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY-IT IS A TOTAL SCAM! All of the negative reviews are accurate! I ordered Yeti ramblers and my credit card was charged on 11/8/16. Still have not received the goods, have called and sent E-mails. Product was to be sent out in 5-8 business days on 12/15 and still have heard or seen nothing. Called my credit card company this AM and they are going to reverse charges thank goodness!

I ordered an item and was immediately charged without waiting for the item to be shipped.

Not only have I not received the item after a month of waiting, but the customer service outlets are basically non-existent. After reaching out five times through various means (email, voicemail, chat, social media), I received one generic email assuring me the item would be shipped within the next 5-7 business days.

I obviously don't trust them to follow up on this claim.

Dear Ms [redacted], this email is to inform you that I did receive my product today, 1/6/17. I think when they received your information they probably realized they didn't ship the product, but I am still seeing them posting products on Facebook with a lot of comments from customers saying they haven't received their shipments from Oct, Nov, etc, so they should probably still be investigated.

Do not buy from this company! They are horrible. No communication and difficult to get a hold of. I purchased 2 Yeti tumblers on 11/25/16 and have yet to receive them or get any shipping notification. I was able to finally get a hold of customer service (twice now) and both times they have told me the product was originally backordered, but is now in stock and that it will ship in 5-8 days. That has yet to happen. Extremely frustrated and now at the point where I want a refund, but I'm afraid I'll have to dispute it with my bank. Super frustrating. Pretty sure this is a scam/fraudulent company! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I placed an order on Dec 12 for a Yeti rambler and accessories, was charged, but never received the items. This website is advertising daily on Facebook about their special deals and is a complete scam. They need to be shut down.

The items I purchased on December 1 has still not been delivered. I've only been able to talk to one person and then assured me that it would be here December 23. Wish of course it was not. The money has already been talking out of my account.

This appears to be a scam business. I placed an order on December 7 and my credit card was charged. I tried emailing them about it on December 31. Never got any reply. Their "live chat" is always unavailable. I wish I had looked up other reviews before placing my order.
