I ORDERED ONLINE FROM THIS COMPANY AROUND THANKSGIVING, I RECEIVED NOTHING, NO COMMUNICATIONS WHATSOEVER UNTIL LAST WEEK WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE SENDING MY ORDERI HAD ALREADY DISPUTED MY CREDIT CARD CHARGE THE WEEK BEFORE CHRISTMAS, AND I HAD NOTIFIED THE COMPANY THAT I WASN'T INTERESTED IN THEIR PRODUCTI TOLD THEM IF THEY TRIED TO SEND IT TO ME OR CHARGE MY CARD AGAIN I WOULD REPORT THEMSO FAR I HAVE HEARD NOTHING ELSE, BUT THIS HAS BEEN A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND IT HAS MADE ME EXAMINE WHO I DO BUSINESS WITH ONLINE FROM NOW ON

The only half way possible way to get any information from this company is through their live chat.....if you have the patience to wait through people ahead of you I ordered on 11/25, two YETI's I've rec'd one email that my order was confirmed Numerous emails, and voicemails yet to be returned I spoke to "Pearl" on January 6th, she assured me my order was in line to be shipped They will never give you details, always speaking in generalities, couldn't tell me where it was shipping from, couldn't tell me anything except I was in line, and they got overwhelmed with order That's cool, but you can't not tell your customers Brings me to today and my Chat with Melo, again, here I am, my order still in line to be shipped He will not cancel my order and refund my money Said I can ship it back and would receive a refund upon receipt of the return of product, ha! Again speaking in all general statements can't even tell me where it will be shipping from What a joke

I had ordered a little over $worth of items from this company and in days I received one product, the rest never arrived, I emailed them and they took weeks to reply then they said my items are on its way, I waited 2-weeks and never received a thing
I attempted to contact again and they told me the same thing , I told them I still have not recovered my order
Then they asked if I would like a refund or a re shipment of my order and I asked for a refund , that was a week ago and I still have to refund or any of my items
Horrible customer service and they do not have any contact numbers

I placed my order on 12-20/ I have called and been on hold for minutes, the line disconnects I have left messages on the status of my order, I have emailed and still no response As of 1-19-I still do not have my order I was taken, foolish on my part This company is a fraud and should be shut downI have contacted my bank and let them know

Outdoor online is the worstThey take your order, CHARGE your card and do not send the productsIt is impossible to contact this company then you have to report fraud on your credit card and wait for a new card and number and change everything you have on auto-payThis company needs to be shut down!

I ordered a yeti cup on December 9th got my confirmation they withdrew $from my bankI call customer service leave my email and phone numberAnd never a reply

I ordered a Yeti Rambler in November and as of January I have not received it yetI emailed the company in December and after days, they responded by telling me to wait 12-business daysAfter that time had passed, I again emailed the company to refund my money and have not received a responseI would strongly suggest that no one should order anything from this company ever!!

Ordered a Yeti Colster on 12/2/ No items were received so I emailed for an update on 12/16/ Email when unanswered Still no items and Christmas came and went Called on 12/29/and after waiting on hold for over minutes I spoke to someone with very poor english and difficult to communicate with He told me the order was still processing due to high demand I asked for a refund and was told that is impossible and all he could do is offer a gift card What a joke I asked to speak to a manager and was told the only way to do that is to email the company which I had already done and got no response He offered to put a priority status on my item which would prompt delivery within business days I was skeptical but agreed as I had no other options days have come and gone and still no item I have no moved on to contesting the charge on my credit card and hope to at least get some support from my CC company STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

We are among the many who placed an order from this company, had our credit card charged, and did not receive the item There is no communication from the company, you can only leave a voicemail, which is never returned They are extremely unreliable

I purchased a Yeti cup from Camping and Fishing Outlet on November 15thThe money was removed from my bank account on November 16thMy co-worked placed an order the same day and received her product over a week ago and mine has yet to be receivedI have attempted to call this business many many times over the last weeks and I am either cut off or I am immediately advised that there are no representatives to assist meI left a voicemail, emailed times and sent a Facebook message, all of which have gone unansweredI have never ordered from a company before where it's literally impossible to get a hold of a person as well as a response to any form of communication

I placed an order on 12/8/ My credit card was charged immediately I got a confirmation of my order But when I didn't receive the order within weeks, I started calling on it You can't get through their 888#, so I started e-mailing with no responses, then I started using the 'chat' with no responses - until, 3:AM on 12/22/16, I tried again and got someone I have now spoken with different people at approximately, 3:a.mon different dates, (btw its' the only time you can get someone to respond) and they all say the same thing...'Be rest assured that your product will be delivered to you' They do not offer you a tracking number nor tell you what delivery service will be carrying your product I asked for a refund and they told me that my product is set to be delivered, and that they cannot offer a full refund They told me yesterday to wait another to hours for my products to ship After reading someone's complaint on this site, I called my credit card company and I am very thankful they have reversed the charges and have submitted a claim to the company This is not a reputable company!

I submitted an order on 12/for a YETI tumblerIt was supposed to be a Christmas gift, and I still have not received it as of 1/I tried calling the number numerous times, and it always went straight to voicemailI also tried emailing the company (no response), and tried the chat feature multiple timesI had to wait hours on the chat, but was finally able to get in touch with a customer service rep on separate occasionsBoth customer service reps said that my order was in the "pre-shipment" stage, and they were just awaiting the parcel service to pick it upI was told this on 1/3, and again on 1/I asked on 1/to just cancel the order and be refunded my money (since I knew it was never actually going to ship), and I was told that a refund was not a possibility since the product had entered the "pre-shipment" stageThe customer service here is horrible, and it seems almost certain (especially after reading other reviews) that this company is a pure scamI have filed a dispute charge with my credit card company to get my money backDo NOT order from this site!

This business is not a business but a scam!!!!! This company is in the business of lining their pockets with hardworking people's money while they deliver NOTHING! You will never get your items and there is ZERO customer service! Thankful American Express was able to recoup my funds, but save yourself from being scammed like I was!

Ordered a Yeti cup on 10-29- On 11-15-contacted the company to see the status of the item Automated response about high volume and would get back to me soon On 11-22-the company responded that the item would be shipped in 5-days after that the shipping time would take 11-days It is currently days since that email and my item still has not been shipped I have never been sent any tracking information I asked the company on 11-to refund my money and cancel the order I have been ignored since
