I placed an order (Christmas present) on Dec 10th. My credit card was charged immediately. I have never received the item, no one answers their phone or responds to email. Their address is a store front only. No one actually works in that office. My credit card company has agreed to reverse the charges. However, I want others to know if this companies behavior.

Terrible!!! Purchased $97 worth of Yeti products on Dec. 19, 2016. It is now Jan 11 and I have no merchandise. I have emailed twice, called and left my contact info 3 times, and chatted on line with an agent twice. The first agent said my products had been back ordered but were now in stock and would be sent immediately. When they didnt arrive, I chatted a second time only to have the agent abruptly leave the chat when I finally made a comment about having my bank check into the situation. I have also sent a lengthy message via their site message system. No response to anything. How does one go about having this company looked into by authorities? This is a total SCAM!

After reading the reviews left by other people, I'm sad to say I am in the same situation of having ordered a Christmas gift (placed on 12/18/16) and it never arriving. My card was charged and I received a confirmation email, but no tracking information ever came and after many unsuccessful attempts at reaching someone at the company, I am coming to Revdex.com as a last resort. This business appears to be a scam.

I ordered yeti tumblers on 12/1 and my credit card was charged accordingly. as of 12/22, two emails and three phone messages have not been returned. I have not received the merchandise.

Ordered an item early December, item has been stuck in "processing" ever since. They refuse to cancel or refund the order stating "It entered the shipping process and it's not possible for us to stop it. We can send a notification with our fulfillment team but that will not be a guarantee to stop the shipping process". Our only option is to hope that our bank helps us with a chargeback. I don't understand how they are still taking credit cards and advertising via Facebook.

Ordered from them over a month ago, and the only time I can talk to anyone is through their live chat, after waiting over 45 mins. They say they are on back order, and I should get an email in 3 to 5 days confirming it was shipped. I demanded a refund, and they refused. They need to be shut down its terrible.

I ordered back on 11/25/2016. They charged my credit card and now I cannot get a hold of them to find out what the status is on my order! What can a consumer do to get back their money?

we ordered cups back in Oct.2016 it's Dec 2016. we have not received the order. our credit card was billed Nov 1. we have called countless times.left countless messages for a call back. we have not received 1 call back. today, 12/16 someone answered the phone. # [redacted]. the guy nearly spoke English. there was so much background noise. sounded like a house full of people and a dog. he stated he can't give out their physical address. that is had to call back in 12 to 24 hours to cancel the order. he stated they had no direct line to call him back. he couldn't tell when the order would be shipped,only stated it would go out next week. my fiance was told the same thing 3 weeks ago. this place is a total scam.they even have fake ratings posted. all 5's they can't ever have a 5. they are scamming people.

I have lost a total of $300.00 dollars between $163.67 to this company for 4 Yeti cups and 1 Glacier cup, and the rest to Cause-Central, also based in Texas. Merry Christmas to the thieves!! Buyer beware and always check the Revdex.com first before ordering online and DO NOT believe the testimonials online from the website of the businesses. No contact by phone, e-mail other than a passive "We are overwhelmed with response" and no LIVE CHAT available.

I ordered a Yeti cup on 10/25/2016. The company did not send any tracking information or notification that the cup was shipped. When someone finally responded to my emails I was told there was problem with preparing my order for shipping, but the problem had been resolved and my order was on its way. It has been one month, and I still have not received my merchandise, and the company will not replace my order or refund my money. There claims are that the product will be delivered by December 8th (which is over a month after it was ordered and well over the 15 days they told me to wait for delivery) and they can not do anything until that date. All tracking information that I was provided has not updated since November 11th. All I can say is buyer beware this company is a joke and a scam. I wish I had investigated there business practices better before I placed my order.

I paid for a Yeti cup on 12/9/2016. I received an order confirmation and an order #. Nothing since then. I have sent several emails and left several messages to no avail.

I too ordered from this company to receive no items 3 weeks later and had my credit card charged. Please beware.

We placed an order with Outdoors Online back on 12/23/2016 and have tried numerous times to get an update on our order. To date, we have received nothing and are out close to $90.00. DO NOT ORDER from them or trust any 'positive' review on this company. This is a COMPLETE SCAM and SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE.

I placed an order on November 25th for Christmas. Company claims 15 days for delivery. I've tried to contact them via email, phone, and the chat function on their website with NO response. They come on the chat saying there is a high volume so to call. When you call, you sit on hold for about 2 1/2 minutes and then it makes you leave a message they never return. Beware and if you want something for your money, don't do business with this company!!!!!

I ordered the powdered YETI cups on November 9th and still have not received them. I have tried the customer service phone 5 times, I have emailed them 4 times without a response. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE A SCAM and do not deliver the goods. Even though it shows a high rating for them on their website ...DO NOT BE DECEIVED.

Do not buy from this website! I placed an order for a YETI 30oz rambler over three weeks ago and have not received my purchase. I got a confirmation saying I would get my order in 7-10 days and still nothing. I have emailed and called and tried a live chat with the company and never got any sort of response.

I purchased 2 Yeti's on December 1 and they charged my debit card immediately. I have called and left numerous messages, sent e-mails and no response. Chatline does not work. So disappointed. Those were Christmas presents.

I ordered a yeti cup on December 8, 2016, they debited my money the next day out of my account, and emailed me with a confirmation number. I have not heard anything from them since then. I have emailed them and called them numerous times with no response!! It is now January 11th!! This is a scam, obviously!!!
