This company is the worse I ordered a yeti cup for and a handle for 9.99, within days I got a shipment confirmation for the handle, a few days later it arrived, I got a shipping confirmation on the cup, I tracked it numerous times and nothing came up under the tracking info that that they provided, I contacted them to let them know they assured me that it was shipped, September came and went and still no cup, I emailed them about times, every time I got the same response, we are running behind you will get it, ok, it had nothing to do with them running behind, it was shipping a week after I ordered it, the first of November I contacted them again and told them I still had not received it and there was not tracking info available, the same response oh you will get it, we assure you, you will receive it by Oct22nd, the 22nd came and went nothing, now they will not respond to my emails at all, I guess I just lost my 39.99, but I would like for you and anyone else to know what a poor company that this is

I ordered yeti tumblers on 12/and my credit card was charged accordinglyas of 12/22, two emails and three phone messages have not been returnedI have not received the merchandise

We placed an order with Outdoors Online back on 12/23/and have tried numerous times to get an update on our orderTo date, we have received nothing and are out close to $DO NOT ORDER from them or trust any 'positive' review on this companyThis is a COMPLETE SCAM and SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE

Do not buy from this company! They are horribleNo communication and difficult to get a hold ofI purchased Yeti tumblers on 11/25/and have yet to receive them or get any shipping notificationI was able to finally get a hold of customer service (twice now) and both times they have told me the product was originally backordered, but is now in stock and that it will ship in 5-daysThat has yet to happenExtremely frustrated and now at the point where I want a refund, but I'm afraid I'll have to dispute it with my bankSuper frustratingPretty sure this is a scam/fraudulent company! I purchased Yeti's on December and they charged my debit card immediately I have called and left numerous messages, sent e-mails and no response Chatline does not work So disappointed Those were Christmas presents

I placed an order on Dec for a Yeti rambler and accessories, was charged, but never received the items This website is advertising daily on Facebook about their special deals and is a complete scam They need to be shut down

I ordered an item and was immediately charged without waiting for the item to be shipped Not only have I not received the item after a month of waiting, but the customer service outlets are basically non-existentAfter reaching out five times through various means (email, voicemail, chat, social media), I received one generic email assuring me the item would be shipped within the next 5-business days I obviously don't trust them to follow up on this claim

This company is a jokeThey advertise 24/customer support when in reality they cannot be contacted at all via email, phone, or web chatI have left a dozen emails and voice mails over the past month and still haven't been contacted concerning my problemI bought three items and only received one of themThe other two items still show out for processingDO NOT buy from this vender

I ordered a yeti cup on December 8, 2016, they debited my money the next day out of my account, and emailed me with a confirmation numberI have not heard anything from them since thenI have emailed them and called them numerous times with no response!! It is now January 11th!! This is a scam, obviously!!!

VERY disappointed in the service from this companyIt has been weeks since I ordered YETI mugs from Camping & Fishing Outlet and they are telling me that it could be another weeks until I receive themThat is a total of months to receive cupsThey are being shipped directly from China, which could be part of the problem, but I wish I had known this when I orderedThe event I ordered them for has come and gone and I still haven't received themCustomer Service does nothing but tell you that "they are sorry for the inconvenience" but offer no explanation for the delayAgain, VERY disappointed!

Please, anyone reading this, DO NOT order from this company I have been waiting for over a month for an order I am likely to never seeYou see, when you order from this company, you will have charges deducted from your accountHowever, you will never receive your product Also, (If you made the mistake of attempting to order from this company) keep an eye on your bank or credit card account for extra chargesafter a month of waiting, I had unexpected charges on my card from the same town as where this company is locatedMy card was compromised! Also, if you do attempted to make a purchase, prepare yourself for a run around You will try to email and get no reply, then the online chat You will wait up to an hour or more and be told the same run around comments such as, "high rates of orders" "it's waiting to be shipped out" "Oh, the item was on backorder, but rest assure, it will be mailed out asap" All LIES! Please, please, please save yourself the headache and time invested into locating your item and the phone calls to your bank and fraud companiesDO NOT MAKE A PURCHASE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

Every complaint listed is right on with my experience Placed order and I can't get time of day from them Someone doctored up a pretty impressive website but it's totally B.S Also days after I ordered from this company my credit card was being used in NY and MA Not sure if it's a link or not

Ordered a Yeti Rambler Powder Coated oz cup on 11/25/I was immediately charged for this itemI received an immediate email that said "thank you for your purchase"When you click on this email where it says view your order all it says is "we've accepted your order and we're getting it ready." It also says "Come back to this page for updates on order status."The company did not send any tracking information or notify me that the cup ever shippedThere has been no response to my emails with my order number and I have not received the product I ordered weeks agoI wish I would have looked at the reviews of this company before buying from them

I purchased an item on September I contacted customer service via their chat service in November, and they told me it was set to shipI still have not received the product as of December You cannot get customer service on the phone, and the company has recently changed their name from Camping and Fishing Outlet to Outdoors Online...imagine thatI'm including both names in the victim section since they have changed it recentlyThey cannot delete the negative comments on their Facebook posts fast enough nowThey are accumulating too quickly, and their are a lot of people that have been scammedI would love to see these crooks shut down!

I ordered a yeti cup over days agoI've contacted them via phone, email and chatI have only been able to chat with a representative that "assures" me that my order is in line for shipmentThis has been pending for daysI asked for a refund and they will not give it to meThey would like me to trust them that my order will be received and when it is I can return it then for a refundI do not trust these thievesIf I ever receive it and then return it I am supposed to trust that they will refund my moneyThe representative "Pearl" also suggested a store credit...I asked for a supervisor and she would not let me speak to oneI was "assured" the supervisor would email me and I've yet to receive and email

I should have read the reviews before I placed our order
The website shows our items (pieces total) were shipped and delivered
They do not respond to emails or phone calls
The person on the other end of the chat takes no responsibility and only provides a canned response
Even though the website shows all items were shipped and delivered, the chat person says that of them are in process to ship but he can't tell me when
The website and ordering said 5-days It's been
Problem is the website shows delivered, I've been billed and no one from this place will assist

Never received product, and can't reach customer service

I ordered two yeti cups and only received one...this was back in Nov I keep calling and they tell me that I have to allow another 5-days I have already paid for these cups and I am getting nowhere This is a scam These people should be put out of business I would love to get my money back for the cup I havent received
