I placed an order for Yeti tumblers on 12/12/for Christmas GiftsI have placed numerous calls, emails and chats I actually spoke to a person that said they had been out of stock but all were in now and they would put a rush on my order with the highest priority That was three weeks agoI have not received anything and after looking at all other comments, it appears I should not expect themI will be filing a fraudulent complaint with my bank

NEVER order from them! It's a scam!!! Same as everyone else states in their review, I never received my item! How is this website still even in operation?!?!

SAME review as all those before me!! No delivery. No customer response. Out my money.

This company has an order from me for two months. I have spent many hours trying to contact them by phone, email, and live chat. They never answer an email. I have been able to do a live chat several times, and each time I'm told the item will ship within a few days. I have also asked for a refund. They tell me they can't do that, because it's in process. They take your money as soon as you place the order, but offer no reason as to what takes so long.

I ordered two Yeti tumblers on 12/21/16 and I have never received them but they charged my credit card for $48.70. I have sent several emails starting on 1/7 and I have never gotten any response. I also called their customer service number and left a message. I can't believe these people are still permitted to do business!

I ordered a cup, cup lid, and cup handle over two months ago. I have not heard from this company since they took my money and sent an email saying they received my order. I tried calling, emailing, and using their "Live Chat" feature on their website. I never heard back from them, despite their claim of 24/7 support. I never got my order, and after seeing others' reviews, I have a feeling I probably won't.

I place an order on 12/10 on this company's website and received confirmation the same day. the money was withdrawn from my account on the 10th as well. I have emailed and called several times to get an update on the order. All voice-mails and emails have been ignored. I've waiting on hold on the 800 number only to have a recording come on after 20-30 minutes that no agents are available and I can leave a message.

I placed an order in 12-10-2016 and have yet to receive an order, I have called multiple times and left many messages to no avail. I have emailed and no response. I have tried live chat with no response. This is a horrible company. I will be contacting My credit card company and negating the charges.

I placed 2 orders on Sept. 5 2016, my 1st order was shipped ( so they say) on Sept.23 2016. I have tracking numbers for the USPS which when traced cannot be found, I have emailed and called several times. They keep telling me the same thing," Demand for the items are high and shipping is taking longer than usual,please allow 10-15 business days before contacting us again, I did that and contacted them about my order again on Oct.20 2016, I got an email on Oct.21 telling me to wait an additional 20 business days before asking for a refund . My 2nd order was cancelled by Jeff in support and he said he issued a full refund on Oct.13 2016 and it would be 2-3 business days to get it. Today is Oct.21 and I still haven't received my refund. My first order was in the amount of $69.98 and the second on was $30.99. All I want is my money back and to warn people,not to do business with this company. I have went on there website and left bad reviews and the keep deleting them.

VERY disappointed in the service from this company. It has been 6 weeks since I ordered 4 YETI mugs from Camping & Fishing Outlet and they are telling me that it could be another 4 weeks until I receive them. That is a total of 2 months to receive 4 cups. They are being shipped directly from China, which could be part of the problem, but I wish I had known this when I ordered. The event I ordered them for has come and gone and I still haven't received them. Customer Service does nothing but tell you that "they are sorry for the inconvenience" but offer no explanation for the delay. Again, VERY disappointed!

My product was finally delivered to me. I am not sure how to resolve the complaint.

This company is a joke. They advertise 24/7 customer support when in reality they cannot be contacted at all via email, phone, or web chat. I have left a dozen emails and voice mails over the past month and still haven't been contacted concerning my problem. I bought three items and only received one of them. The other two items still show out for processing. DO NOT buy from this vender.

Wish I would've read all these reviews before I placed my order. Ordered on 1/1/17, allowed for the 10-14 days shipping and nothing. Tried emails, Facebook messages, and calling the 800 number. No response whatsoever. Contacted my bank to get my money back. DO NOT order from this company!!
