Papa John's International again apologizes for Mr*** recent experience with a late order. The Director of Operations has attempted to contact Mr*** twice more and has been unable to reach him. Papa John's recommends that Mr*** send his complaint again through the

Papa John’s offered a promotion that rewarded customers with Papa Reward points for ordering one of their favorite pizzas. It was noted that you submitted over separate orders in one single day for amount centThe actions of submitting numerous frivolous online orders were harmful to

[I did not violate any of the terms & Conditions of the papa johns and in their response they did not mention about any violationInstead they simply copied and pasted the generic terms pageWhen I talked to their level customer care agents also they did not mention about any violation on my side and merely it is corporate decisionI want the business to provide justification on what terms they feel violated or else honor their advertisementI feel this is a bait and switch where the business advertise the customers they offer reward bonus to attracts people attention and then removing the bonus points without any justificationThe company clearly advertised that I get bonus points for any of my orders from favorites and did not put any restrictions on minimum quantity. This is clearly advertisement practice of the company to lure customer attentions and be popular and then remove the reward points without any clear explanation or justificationI request your support to review this and advise me on the next stepsAppreciate your help. ]

Papa John's International's Operations Call Center looked into Captain *** ***'s complaint. Captain *** received the email offering a 50% discount to military which was associated with the address he listed in his account. Unfortunately, the franchise restaurant where he placed his
order had not opted into this particular offer. A Customer Service Representative contacted Captain *** to apologize. He offered him free pizza and thanked him for his service. Papa John's International apologizes for any inconvenience this matter caused

[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolutionPlease respond here ONLY]They said that the local store has reviewed and deemed the issue resolved but I have not received a resolution to the problemPassing the issue off to someone else then saying it's solved does not mean it's solvedI called the local store and the GM want thereI haven't received a call back yetI even emailed the GM after he told me too and the only response I got back from that email was to email him if I need any help, which I already did and he hasn't helped me yet.
