Dear ***, Thank you for taking the time to provide us your feedback. We do apologize for the inconvenience you encountered. Upon further research, of your accounts has been deactivated due to violations of our Terms and Conditions. The recent “Favorite” promotion was
set up to earn free rewards points for setting your order up as a Favorite. Unfortunately there was some misuse of the offer and customers were ordering Extras (seasoning packets, parmesan packets, sauce cups, etc.) as “Favorites”, then ordering multiple times to get free points. We show this online account placed orders on 8/31/for just red pepper packets to get free points. Once the misuse was identified, the promotion was disabled on 8/31/17. Per our Terms and Conditions located at ***: "We may terminate your access or suspend your eligibility for the Rewards program and its benefits or terminate your right of access to all or part of the Site, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of another user, Associates, or Papajohns.com." Dear Valued Customer,On behalf of Papa ***'s Pizza, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience or mis-communication with the email response you received from Papa ***'s regarding your complaint ticket. We have spoken with the Leadership Team of the store and they have informed us that a refund was issued and a credit for five large pizzas has been added on your account at the store. The Free Large topping pizza code sent in the email response was not to serve as resolution for the issue. We had sent the issue to the Leadership Team of the store to contact you but wanted to offer compensation for any inconvenience you may have incurred with having to file a complaint ticket. The Papa John’s promotion rewarded customers with Papa Reward points for ordering one of their favorites pizzas. In this particular situation, you submitted over separate orders in one single days for amounts to centsThe actions of submitting numerous frivolous online orders were considered harmful to the interests of the Papajohns.com web experience and to our team members. As stated before, per Papa John’s Terms and Conditions located at https://www.papajohns.com/order/papa-rewards :"We may terminate your access or suspend your eligibility for the Rewards program and its benefits or terminate your right of access to all or part of the Site, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of another user, Associates, or Papajohns.com."Papa John’s deactivated your account per these terms and conditions. websiteWhen this particular promotion was created, the Chicken Parmesan pizza was not available, and that is why it was not an option to selectHowever, it is our understanding that the franchise location in question was still able to make the order for the customer because the store had the ingredients availableIn addition, the customer was provided a $10:Papa Card from Papa John's International, and the franchisee also provided a $10:Papa Card and a free large one topping pizzaPapa John’s International apologizes for any confusion by the customer regarding this matter
