Mr ***,The Papa John’s promotion rewarded customers with Papa Reward points for ordering one of their favorites pizzas. In this particular situation, you submitted over separate orders for free parmesan packets in one single dayThe actions of submitting numerous frivolous online orders were considered harmful to the interests of the Papajohns. As stated before, per Papa John’s Terms and Conditions located at https://www.papajohns.com/order/papa-rewards :"We may terminate your access or suspend your eligibility for the Rewards program and its benefits or terminate your right of access to all or part of the Site, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of another user, Associates, or Papajohns.com."Papa John’s deactivated your account and the remaining rewards points per these terms and conditions. Papa John's International's Partnerships & Promotions Director contacted Ms*** regarding her gift card. The Director gave the customer two promotion codes to use for free pizza and mailed a $Papa Card. Ms*** indicated this would resolve her issues.
Papa John's apologizes for any inconvenience this matter may have caused

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowPlease explain how this violated the terms of your websiteAs far as I'm concerned, I followed the rules of your promotion exactlyAt no point was the content of the order defined in the promotionI don't think it's fair to punish your customers for something that was poorly thought outAlso, why was it necessary to delete my account with no explanation? It would have been much more reasonable to send an email and say something like "we're deducting these points from your account due to an error from our promotion"Closing it without any contact was pretty bad form

Three free pizzas is not sufficient resolveEspecially since when I tried to retrieve one of the pizzas I had another bad encounter with customer serviceI placed an order July to redeem one of my 'free' pizzas and was told delivery would be minutesI ordered at 8:06pmI called at 9:03pm to get an estimate and was told that I had placed the order at 8:31pm and it had only been minutes and that I should just wait on my pizzaMy phone record shows that I called at 8:It doesn't take minutes to place an orderShortly after I received a call to say my pizza was hereTO my surprise the SAME exact dlivery person who dropped my pizza and put his hands in it and then LIED was delivering my pizza againI'm not sure the importance of integrity is to Papa John's but to keep a delivery driver who knowingly and intentionally intended to give me a pizza that he dropped and touched over is deplorableWhat if he held malice towards me for getting him in trouble? What if he messed with my pizza again only this time putting something on it that I couldn't see? I can't take chances like thatMy complaint still stands and free pizzas is not conducive to resolveI will use another pizza place for my Church's game night and take my pizza order somewhere elsePapa Johns clearly does not care about the consumer!
