We have escalated the concern to the store upper management at store #*** and received the following closure response:"This concern has been handled on 3/28/17. We reached out to the customer, left a message, but never heard anything back after several attempts." An email
communication was also sent to the customer to apologize and ask the customer to reach out by phone to receive some coupons for the past couple terrible experiences:"Dear ***, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedbackAt Papa John's, we strive for “best in class” in everything we doWe are sorry that we have not met your expectations at your local Papa John's storeI would like to personally apologize that your experience was below our standardsWe want to make it rightPlease feel free to reach out to me directly by replying to this email I would love to personally send you out some coupons for the past couple terrible experiencesMy phone number is *** if you prefer a phone conversationWe do not take these issues lightly and your feedback will be used to improve our ability to serve you in the future." They did not make a topping pizza properly.They damaged my Torrid dress- worn twice.I was called a *** and had pizza thrown at me.The franchise owner laughed as the damages his employee did AFTER saying he would do nothing.The franchise owner lied saying that he contacted me to resolve the issue, but had offered nothing until I wanted to escalate the case on 12/12. A large, topping pizza at the SAME location that I REFUSE TO RETURN TO is NOT sufficient NOR acceptable.It does not even replace the pizza that was made incorrectly- let alone ALL of the other issues. Picture provided to PROVE that he lied when he said he resolve the matter prior to 12/

Please note that this complaint regards the receipt of unsolicited advertising via USPS. How is receiving unsolicited advertising vis email, otherwise known as SPAM, supposed to either resolve this issue or eliminate unsolicited ads?

Saying that the Chicken Parm pizza was not available at the time of this promotion is a bold-faced lie The Chicken Parm pizza has been available for years and I've been getting it for years It most certainly was available at the time this promotion was created.Also, the franchisee did NOT provide me with a $Papa card so that is also a lie
