[Let me explain something, again since my last few complaints weren't clear enoughYou guys didn't *** up just onceYou didn't *** up in just one restaurant eitherYou have been ***ingup my orders multiple times, in multiple stores, across multiple StatesSo when I say a free pizza or store credit won't cut it, it is because you mess up my free orders as wellDo I need to go public for you to understand the problem here?First problemPorkI am a Muslim, therefore I cannot have porkYou insist on somehow adding pork to my order, free or notIf the Muslim community discovers you put pork in our pizzas, that will become a huge problemSecond, how hard is it to follow instructions, or keep your promises? Countless times, by supervisors and managers nonetheless, promises made over and over have been brokenI got a call from one of you guys recently, saying amongst other things, that the store manager would be immediately alerted of one of the factorsI call in minutes later to complain about the damn pork issue, and the guy says the exact same thing, that he will immediately call the store managerHow dumb do you think I am? If he didn't call the first time, why bother with the second? If I am told by the head of the store that a note will personally be put in my account to call when leaving the store, how is it that I still never get a fricking call, despite putting it in the notes, EVERY SINGLE TIME??Here's the thingI do not want any more free pizzasI do not want your store creditI have received the worst possible service in Texas, Arizona, and now TennesseeYou ***ed me across an entire countryThat will not be excused with apologies and free nonsenseNoYou want to fix anything, I demand my money back, for all the times my order has been jacked up, especially my 3-most recent ordersI would hate for this business to get out, and trust me, if this isn't taken care of properly, it will.]

The Chicken Parmesan pizza is not a nationally offered pizza except when it is available as a limited-time offerThis particular franchise location may have had the Chicken Parmesan pizza available as a local flavor but that would have been in the discretion of the franchiseeThe online promotion code for this national gift card promotion was not setup to accommodate local flavors or limited-time offers due to the variation among franchise locationsTherefore, the customer was limited to the nationally available pizzas on the website when the promotion code was usedIn addition, we received an e-mail from the franchisee on 08/11/stating that called Mrs*** three times but did not hear back from the customerThe franchisee also stated that they sent the customer a $Papa Card and also a free large topping pizza codePapa John’s International apologizes for any confusion by the customer regarding this matter

Papa John’s International has investigated Mr***’s complaint The customer placed an online order on 6/and received Bonus Papa's Rewards points the following day. The customer then contacted the call center on 7/(days later) in regards to the "missing" points. The
customer was advised the points expired as originally indicated on the promotion and that Papa John’s sent reminder emails to the customer advising them of the pending expiration date. The customer was offered a 50% off code for any inconvenience Papa John’s International apologizes for any confusion by the customer regarding this matter but our Bounce Back promotions always have expiration dates for any bonus points

I would like to state that the resolution could be upgraded so it could honor the commitment made by papa johns (Corporate / Franchise)I request that papa johns contact the *** *** *** Cooperative to rectify this problem with all the free pizza cards that were issued by*** ** *** * *** *** * Director of Operations
In reference to papa johns refunding any money to me, I would rather you donate the money to the *** *** *** *** ***
I am not sure how many of these cards were issued at this event and how many other incidents that had occurred due to the misprint or the other problems stated by papa johns
I do not completely agree with the solution that papa johns with discontinuing the use of free pizza cards that were issued at this event, Papa johns in my opinion is penalizing all the persons that were issued the cards in good faith because of a possible misprint
The above are suggestions that I believe will help with the resolution of this incident

Papa John's International's Director of Operations in Southern Indiana contacted Mr***. Mr*** attempted to use the free pizza card at a franchise location and the Director of Operations apologized for the lack of clarification on the card that it was only good at corporate
locations. The Director of Operations told him he would refund the amount of the pizza at one of the corporate locations. Mr*** was dissatified with his overall customer experience at the franchise location and Papa John's International has provided his feedback to the owner/operator of that store. The Director of Operations gave Mr*** his telephone number and assured him he would take care of him on his next order. Meanwhile, Papa John's International has discontinued the use of the free pizza cards until more specific wording on where they can be used is included. Papa John's International apologizes for any inconvenience this matter caused
