I've been asking this question for several years! Why were my complaints on facebook and twitter IGNORED??? Why were my emails back to *** *** IGNORED???? Why does EVERY papa johns get my order WRONG??? The papa john's in Kingstowne is not the only one to screw up my order, just the most recentWhy was my email back to the manager of Kingstowne's papa john's also IGNORED???? These are not the actions of a business who claims to want to provide a "world class customer experience"This is very far from "world class"Mostly I'm just IGNORED in person, on the phone, on their website, on social media and in emailCOMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!

No resolution of equivalent value was givenI only purchased the previous product with the promotion under the expectation of receipt of given additional item (in this case, the additional points).

The response you received from Mr*** is an exact copy of his response (one of them, not complete) to me. I told him I had no interest in Monetary compensation and did not accept his offer at the time. I specifically asked if in fact Pappa Johns only puts pieces of toppings, not whole pieces like Dominos, Pizza Hut, and other large chains and even individually owned restaurants. I received no answer which did answer my question. I was ignored. Pappa Johns is one of if not the most expensive Pizza's around and I have no idea why. The others are much more reasonable and, you get what you order as even pictured on their Menus or Websites. Pappa Johns what you see is not, what you get. I order for sake of my elderly *** as I many times am home late and she loves Pizza and there is only one other option in the area that seems to take after Pappa Johns. We go back and forth for some change in food offering. I have no interest in pursuing this as it is obvious the truth will not be told however I do wish this complaint to be PUBLIC on the Revdex.com for others to see my concern is people won't know to look up Pappa Johns International. It is likely like myself at first I tried to locate Pappa Johns HQ and finally found PJ International and this title only pulls up on your Revdex.com so a complaint can be entered and perhaps this is why there are not more complaints or concerns

Papa John's International's Operations Call Center looked into Mr***'s complaint. Mr*** participated in the LAYUP promotion in which he earned BONUS points, with an expiration date of April 19, 2015. If the BONUS points were not redeemed by that date they were removed from
the account per the official rules of the promotion. Points earned through Papa John's online ordering never expire; however, BONUS points will always have an expiration date (all expiration dates for BONUS points are listed on the offers, emails and FAQ pages). Mr*** filed an incident report on April 20, 2015, and was contacted by a customer service representative on April 21. The customer service representative offered Mr*** an online promo code for 50% off any pizza at regular menu price for the trouble he encountered. Papa John's apologizes for any inconvenience this matter may have caused

Those have been removed as well with no explanation and basically stolen from me since I previously purchased items with the promise and consideration of these points being part of the dealThat is theft by deception to change the deal on non disputed previous dealsIf you have a restriction you want to implement on the website that is fine but retroactively changing the terms under the guise of "we can delete anyone we want for any reason we want" is not fair with no appeal process and may be considered a legal violation on YOUR partI humbly ask you to reconsider re activating my disabled account and points The actual reason listed is " believe is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of another user, Associates, or Papajohns.com." what law was broken and how is earning points within the letter of the terms considered harmful to Papajohns.com? Especially since I never redeemed the points which then means you are claiming the harm could actually be "potential" harm of earning a free pizza and not "actual" harmAgain this is not defined in your T&Cs even if I were to agree with you there was a violation which I do not]

The franchisee is telling a lie about sending me a $gift card They did give me a topping pizza which I'm not interested in, but they never sent me a $gift card If they did send one, they must have sent it to the wrong address because I never received it

Papa John's International would like to apologize for any inconvenience this matter may have caused. Mr*** placed his order online on March 28, 2015, and it was routed to restaurant #3505, which is owned and operated by Papa Express Inc. Mr*** was quoted a delivery time of
minutes. After the order is routed, it is the franchise's responsibility to fill the order and assist the customer with any issues they may have. For a time, the Papa John's customer service email address was not functioning properly and a backup email service was being used. However, when Mr*** posted his complaint on Facebook, a complaint ticket was created by Papa John's customer service. The complaint was routed to Papa Express for them to handle. Again, Papa John's International apologizes for the poor service Mr*** experienced and we are confident that Papa Express will work with him to address his complaints. Thank you
