My husband and I recently ran into big time financial issues over the last couple of years I had applied for Home Equity Loans and Refinance Loans with at least different banks and other places Even my own Bank was a big disappointment I saw or heard something about Paramount Equity and thought what do I have to loose I contacted a gentleman by the name of Jose We talked a little and he gave me a few idea's After our talk I looked them up on the Revdex.com I of course looked at negative reviews and a couple of positive reviews I panicked alittle bit after reading what some people had gone thru I decided I've jumped thru enough hoops with other places that I wasn't taking a chance Jose and I talked again and I was very honest with him Told him all the rejections we had received and after reading negative reviews I decided to not apply Jose said these exact words to me: "give me a chance to prove those reviews wrongI think out of the boxI promise I will do everything I can" I said OKWell, he did exactly what he said he would do He thought out of the box and we got a refinance Thank God! Just thought I would look back at the refi process a few months after refinancing with Paramount and began to read these negative reviewsI have to say that our experience with Paramount was excellent, no hiccups at allIan B**, Shirley D*** and Jessica T*** were easy to work with and the process was very t***sparentI did have to supply at least an average amount of information throughout the process but no more than I would have expected for a loan of the amount we refinancedEverything but the final signing was electronic and the whole process, including the appraisal, only took daysI have recommended Paramount to a relative already and will continue to do so until I hear of any serious negatives that are not the fault of those applying for the loans

I STARTED THE PROCESS OF A CASH OUT REFINANCE ON NOVEMBER 3RD AT THAT TIME I EXPLAINED TO *** AT PARAMOUNT THAT I NEED TO HAVE THE LOANE COMPLETED BY THE 15TH OF DECEMBER AS MY HUSBAND WAS GOING IN ON DECEMBER 18TH FOR KIDNEY CANCER SURGERY AND SHE ASSURED ME THAT IT WOULD BE DONEIT IS NOW JANUARY 20TH AN I AM STILL WAITING FOR IT TO BE COMPLETEDBECAUSE OF THE DELAY ON THEIR PART I WAS ORIGINALLY TO GET 6,CASH BACK BUT BECAUSE OF THE EXTRA TIME WHICH THEN HAD EXTRA FINANCE CHARGES I AM ONLY GETTING BACKBUT THEY DID MESS UP ON ONE OF THE DEBTORS THAT THEY PUT IN THE LOAN THAT WASN'T SUPPOSED TO BE THERE SO I GET THAT MONEY ALSO BUT THAT DOESN'T ERASE THE FACT THAT I LOST DOLLARS IN INTEREST RATES THAT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN NEEDED IF THEY HAD PROCESSED MY LOAN ON TIMEI STATED IN EARLY JANUARY THAT IF THE LAON WASN'T DONE AND FUNDED BY THE 26TH I WOULD BE GOING TO ANOTHER LENDER AND THEY SAID THAT WOULD BE NO PROBLEM UP UNITL TODAY WHERE I AM NOW BEING TOLD I CANT

I filled out a form on line regarding refinancing home loan I put in my phone number and email asking to receive information by email only Within a few minutes of submitting the form online I began receiving phone calls which were obviously automated I answered and asked to be taken off their phone list, however, it did not happen I am receiving 3-automated calls a day now starting at 8am and not stopping until after in the evening My husband and I have decided we are not refinancing at this time but are unable to stop the calls If we do decide in the future we definitely will not choose Loan Pal because of the constant phone harassment

*** *** from Loanpal was the representative I am the second lien holder for a property that was being refinancedLoanpal was conducting the refinance and wanted me to sign the subordination agreement I agreed if the promissory note would be updated and if I was reimbursed for the notary fee *** insisted that the deadline was approaching for the deal and to please send the signed subordination agreement early and he would promise to forward the new signed promissory note and reimbursement After they received the signed subordination agreement, he did not respond back and I still do not have the signed documents or reimbursement for the notary They should finish their part and I have the email conversation of his promisesTried to contact them repeatedly and emailed their customer service to no avail

LoanPal has had my phone number on their robo-call for two weeks When I pick-up, if their human is not on another call, they call me "Chris" which is not my name One of the three robo specialists that did communicate said "Chris" had called from my number (I don't think so), and they would remove my phone number from their list That was four robo-calls ago If LoanPal can't manage phone calls, I cannot imagine how anyone would trust them with details of securing a mortgage Owning a land line was once an asset; with companies line LoanPal it is a liabilityStop Robocalls

very disappointed with this company, at the beginning they used to call me immediately after I call them or respond to my emails as quick as they get it, I was very surprise with that, seems like they even work until very late well after all paperwork they gave me the monthly payment I can afford it, everything was very smooth because I have good credit and everything else right so I refinance my home and everything was perfect and after two months they raise my payment in $dollars because they calculated taxes wrong and according to them I am shorage in my scrow account , now nobody answer my questions, my emails, just keep getting a lot of paperwork with the new numbers, I have been paying morgage for little over year, had morgage with chase, wellsfargo and never happened, I asked the county about the taxes and prices never changed, they just did it wrong so I agree with what I wanted then just changed to what it suppose to do, that is not professional, this company ethics really sucks so, I wouldn't recommend to anybody, as soon as I can I will move to chase or wellsfargo again

I have used Paramount for a couple of financings, refinancings for myself and then assistance with refinancing for my sister My recent experience is with William G*** and Melissa O*** They both have been extremely responsive and helpful with my questions and in my opinion have gone above and beyond I would highly recommend Paramount!
