I contacted Paramount Equity in regards to obtaining funding for the purchase of a new home in early FebruaryI worked directly and solely with [redacted] In the initial correspondence with [redacted] , I provided ALL documentation that he requested in regards to meeting Paramount Equity's pre-approval criteria [redacted] provided me with a pre-approval letter and my Wife and I went ahead and proceeded to place an offer on a new homeAfter our offer was accepted and our earnest money had been taken by the Seller, [redacted] informed me that Underwriting had told him the loan would not work due to the fact that my Wife would not be employed after we made this moveI explicitly told Jonathan that this was the case in the early on conversations and his response to me was that it's irrelevant because all that is important is that my Wife has income and is working currently during the loan processShe is working now and will be during the loan process, so I have clearly been lied to by

Our experience with Paramount was great thanks to Missy F [redacted] and teamShe was on top of everything and helped guide us through the entire processI can't wait for future business with her and this teamThank you so much

I worked with Patrick C [redacted] and Andrea S [redacted] to negotiate and procure my mortgage refinance in Seattle, WA I was very pleased with both of them Andrea and Patrick were excellent communicators, fully explained anything I was unclear on, and everything came together seamlessly and with a minimum of bother All tolled this was a good experience - I recommend Patrick and Andrea and their team at Paramount Equity Mortgage

Our experience with Paramount Equity Mortgage was a whirlwind of adventures in purchasing our first home at the age of 60+We worked closely with Will G [redacted] and Tiffany G [redacted] Both were Very HelpfulWe located a house we were interested in, contacted them, and in days we were home owners! We have read reviews, spoken to several people who have been through the buying process and in all seriousness; we think we were blessed to have the Paramount and Laughlin Teams working with us! Sincerely, there was some hickups along the way but we stayed in contact daily and worked through each oneOur experience was one that concreted our idea that "If you want something bad enough, then stick with it, and do some work to make it happen!" Nothing in this life comes easy that is worth having! And working with Will G [redacted] ***and Tiffany G [redacted] made our dream come true! Hard working group of folks and very patient even when "I" was notWe definitely have told others to check out Paramount Equity if they are serious about buying a home and not afraid to do some leg work of their own! THANKS Folks / Staff at Paramount Equity Mortgage!!

Paid for appraisal on my home for refinancing the appraisal came back less thanMy Home appraised for in pass after loss of up grades I was told that I would also get copies of the appraisal for my files After the appraisal came back less a copy was never provided to allow me to review comparable salesSo I can file a claim appeal I emailed [redacted] *** the senior loan officer twice with follow up several phone calls He finally responded and agreed that I paid for the appraisal and I was going to get a copyI never received one I followed up several calls and he would not answer his phone left several messages he’s has yet to return my call since June

I personally worked with Dan V [redacted] and he took the time to resolve the loan and make sure it was completedI appreciate the time and work he put into getting this loan closed

Patrick C [redacted] and Andrea went above the call of Duty to help refinance my home I had some problems getting somethings done and papers signed but they had patience and told me what to do I would highly recommend them to anyone they are very courteous and friendly thank you again Patrick and Andrea

I have refinanced my home a few times and this by far was the easiest, stress free experience I have hadEleni was fantasticShe was very pleasant, patient and answered all our questionsShe did all the work and there was very little I needed to doThank you Eleni for a great experienceYou exceeded my expectations

We worked primarily with Nathan S [redacted] He was very helpful and answered all of questions to our satisfactionHe was also very prompt to return calls, texts and emailsIt was a great experienceI would definitely recommend the company and this specific representative

I recently tried to refinance with ParamountI have a PACE loan tied to my house which I informed the Broker [redacted] before starting the processHe told me no problem we will subordinate this no problem I paid for an appraisal , which he said the " we guarantee and will refund if we cannot complete the loan." half way through the process I ask about the PACE loan again and was assured no problemWe get to the end of the loan process and it comes up and now I am told "they will not subordinate to the loan" First it was we will subordinate the loan now it is they will not subordinate the loan? Then I am told I have to call and try and convince PACE to subordinate the loan, to no availI am told we can't do the loan so I will get my appraisal back, smash cut to the next day I am told I am not getting the appraisal back because " if the bank can't do the loan then they will refund." They then told me That they could do the loan but can't because of the subordination? This is deception an

We were contacted by Paramount Equity about refinancing our mortgage and moved ahead with our applicationThe entire process has been professional and timely and allowed us to participate in every decision about what product we would qualify for and what requirements we would need to meet We have been impressed with the customer service training of their staff and the focus on our desire to refinance and close the loanWe have already recommended Paramount Equity to a family friend

I recently attempted to do a on my current mortgage for a lower rate and possible cash outRobert M [redacted] called me and "listened" to what I was needing/wantingI am self-employed and I knew it would be tricky but instead of trying to actually help me, he took the easy way out and wanted to restructure the loan with my "husband" on the noteI explained to him that I didn't want to do this because we are in the process of purchasing a home for my MIL(this wasn't a detail that I truly needed to share with him, I just shared it) (and my "husband" and I aren't legally married, we just live together) Robert called me everyday, wanting me to take out the maximum on on current home and buy the other home with that money - which I was against and I explained thatHe called me more times after that and left messagesI returned his call and left him a very direct message on my termsI told him that IF he wanted to work with me he would need to listen to what was best for ME and not what was best for HIMHe immediately fired off a message to me letting me know that he was withdrawing my file because I was asking him to commit fraudI told him that I was not legally married (as we only live together) and that all I wanted was a of my current mortgage and nothing more He was being greedy by trying to get loans out of me and when I wouldn't fold he was a jerk I would NOT recommend working with this guy EVERHe sounds more like a used car shark than anything

I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] told me we needed to pay Decembers mortgageI had another company that I didn't need to pay Decembers mortgage with [redacted] promised me that we would be receiving the $at closing due to taking cash outThis was not being considered a "cash-out refinance" due to the amount not exceeding 2%I would NOT have paid Decembers mortgage if [redacted] didn't tell me to! Why was it not ever communicated there would be a change in the amount received to borrow at closing? Also, when asking when the ($1700) check would be arriving it was never communicated at that point either

This has been the best refinance I have ever experiencedAwesome customer service, very easy to talk to and very quick turn around of any questions I hadThe folks at Paramount Equity made the entire process easy and kept me updated every step of the wayI highly recommend them as the best mortgage company everThanks Guys :) [redacted] **

Beware- predatory lender They called me trying to sell me a loan I asked about the rate and the guy I talked to completed a loan ap and ran my credit without my consent I just got an email stating there are electronic docs ready for me to sign This was done without my knowledge or consent BAD BUSINESS!!

We are in response of this complaint and will respond by 11/7/

I have issues to address regarding a VA refi proposal with Paramount that contradict verifiable information and standard good business practices After submitting all the paperwork and being approved for income, credit history, work history and agreeing to the proposed rate with their rep, [redacted] V., he stated "you meet everything, no worries at all, just need an appraisal" etc, we scheduled an appraisal that was to cost me $The amount taken from my account, without confirmation from me was $ I was later told that amount was a VA requirement and Paramount could not change it The appraisal was scheduled for the following week The appraiser showed up earlier than our scheduled time and I was not yet home She brought her teenage daughter with her who did not seem to be performing any duties related to the appraisal, just tagging along, looking through my home As she was wrapping up, she asked how I liked this area of townShe stated she had never been to this area bef

I refinanced my home with [redacted]   [redacted] In the origination stage of the loan I was lied to by the loan originator, [redacted] *** NMLS [redacted]  & [redacted] NMLS *** [redacted] stated that the only fees for origination were 3,000, and during closing I was charged other closing costs for the appraisalThe loan originator did not inform of the closing costsI was also told that I did not need a co-signer on the loan, I did not qualify on my own, and so I applied with a co-signerThe co-signer did not want to be on the deed of trust, and both of the originators stated that they would pay the fees for the co-signer to be removed from the deedI have attempted to call and email the originators directly, including their direct managersThey have ignored all my voice mails, and e-mailsAfter I spoke to the mangers I was told that [redacted] was no longer working thereI believe this to be false

David F [redacted] has worked very well with me in my effort to refinance my home and simplify my lifeHis service and patience has been excellentI spent years as a manager in healthcare and would not hesitate in hiring himKudos, David!

Caytee V [redacted] &Dan V [redacted] are extremely helpful and friendly and they know their business very wellI would recommend Paramount Equity Mortgage company and Caytee and Dan to everyone
