On March I contacted Paramount Equity for a refinance My process ended on March 31, with no refinance My problem is not getting a refinance, yes, that was the reason I applied, but having to wait for weeks and then being told the company couldn't help me That included, money for copies, time wasted on excited expectations, and planning the repairs I'll get to do on my homeI not only waited for weeks, enduring the agents' positive comments, all his calming words telling me to hang in there and that closing would be in a couple of days; but at the end of the weeks I was calling him begging him to 'lay it on the line' for meWhy keep someone hanging on for weeks? At your level of experience, couldn't you scan my information and tell me know in a week? Even within the first week, I would have appreciated a, "Look, I don't know if we can lower your interest rate, give me a week and I'll tell you."

we did a refi with or mortgage with this company and before we could even start the application we had to have our home appraised out of our pocket the cost was now they sent closing cost details and I made it aware that the cost of the appraisal was on there and she said it had to be because it was part of the cost problem was it was in at closing cost not already paidShes said it would get taken care ofbut here we are at final closing that took place at my home with a notery I pointed it out to the notery she texted the woman by the name of sarah jorden of course she did'nt answer so I figured I would get reimburst that was in feb its now july and havnt heard a word called plentyof times but got no wherei believe they do this with everyone they can because she said that first time I questioned it she said someone else had asked her the same thingplease help

We closed on a refinance on 1/18/Originally supposed to close on 12/1/then 12/18/then 1/2/ The day the mortgage was supposed to fund, we got a call saying they made a mistake and we had to sign all the closing paperwork again, wait another week Finally, on 1/31/17, money was sent to our mortgage companiesThey included credit card pay off in the loan amount check was fine The other made out improperlyThe credit card company would not accept it as written Trying again and again to get resolved on 2/when I received the check, I called the title company and the people I have been working with at Paramount No calls back Finally heard back from Paramount on the 8th Asked for a copy of the credit card statement Sent it via email within minutes of the call It is now the 13th I still don't have any answers The check has not been sent In the mean time, I am accruing interest for days and counting from both the credit card company and the

and I still do not have the check Now no one is taking my calls *** *** is the one who told me the check would be mailed by the end of the week following the date that I made my payment to the Tax Board That was October 30, It is now into December, and I still do not have the refund, and now I was referred to Laura in the post closure of the mortgage I have left messages on her phone times and I still get no response *** does not call or answer my e-mails, and I am getting rather upset over this

Paid for appraisal on my home for refinancing the appraisal came back less thanMy Home appraised for in pass after loss of up grades I was told that I would also get copies of the appraisal for my files After the appraisal came back less a copy was never provided to allow me to review comparable salesSo I can file a claim appeal I emailed *** *** the senior loan officer twice with follow up several phone calls He finally responded and agreed that I paid for the appraisal and I was going to get a copyI never received one I followed up several calls and he would not answer his phone left several messages he’s has yet to return my call since June

My husband and I wanted to do a refinance for lower rate and a cash out for repairs to the house I was told the entire process from start to finish is weeks Needing a good appraisal and having floors in the house down to concrete, I took a day cash out of my 401k with intentions of putting it all back at closing
The initial person I went with was great I really felt a connection and was happy with my choice(we got burned years ago from a "friend" when trying to do the same thing)
end result:
closed days past 401K date so now it is a distribution
original broker no longer with the companywhat does that mean?
All the refunds I was told at closing did not happen because orig broker did not record
them in my paperwork
closing costs climbed from $1400/avg with refunds to make it lower turned out
to be $ and did not even include the $I paid for appraisal = $2765!!
The new broker says he got me a "deal" 1/point lower or $
even though I had all my notes and an email where the 1st broker and I discussed
discounted fees at closing
Everyone was really nice but can't help but feel it was a game/fees/changed broker
the biggest disappointment is the return of money within days makes it a "free" Loan but I missed that date and know will have tax effect next year
